Our kitchen is well stocked for all of your baking and cooking needs and also has a large pantry for food storage. brbrThe living room is cozy with plush couches to relax on while streaming on the smart TV and warming up to the gas fireplace. Feel free to bust out a few board games and get the whole group engaged in the fun.brbrVenturing out to the back patio where you'll want to spend a lot of your time, you'll find a brand new private hot tub, small fire pit to roast some smores, charcoal grill/smoker & patio furniture. Feel free to let the pup run through the backyard because it's all fully fenced in. brbrGravitating back inside you'll find a fun spot to entertain in the garage where we've got a ping pong table, bike storage and bike tooling station. Feel free to open up those garage doors on a nice day and let the fresh air roll in. You'll find the high chair and pack-n-play in the primary closet. brbrThe bunk room is across the hall, has 4 cozy twin beds that are bunked and has it's own full bathroom accessed from the hallway. You can also find lots of kids toys and games in the bunk room closet. brbrOn the other side of the home are the other two bedrooms that share a jack-n-jill style full bathroom with access directly from each bedroom. One bedroom has a queen size bed and plenty of closet space while the other has a king size bed, lots of closet space as well and a smart TV for streaming.brbrThat pretty well wraps up the entire home! When rented as a one bedroom as in this listing, it will sleep 4(1 bedroom with King and sleeper sofa in living room). This space is an amazingly beautiful peaceful space to get away with 1 private bedrooms and 2 full baths, full kitchen with coffee bar, ping pong table, 65 tv, amazing deck with outdoor dining table and couches with fire table. All this on beautiful Lake Ann with its great fishing and amazing limestone cliffs. On the waterfront there is a firepit and multiple paddleboards and kayaks for your use(as well as pfds). Come cook smores on the fire by the lake or read a book on the covered deck looking out over the most peaceful views around!brbrThe paths(limestone steps and gravel) to the lake are fairly steep but definitely worth it! The outdoor firepits, rock dock area, kayaks and paddleboards are common property and are shared with myself(I live alone on the main level) and other renters of the apartment above the garage(2 people max). Currently there are 4 kayaks and 4 paddleboards for shared use.
