The location in Bella Vista was perfect—quiet and relaxing, yet close enough to Bentonville, the trails, restaurants, and everything else we wanted to do during our stay.As mountain bikers, we especially appreciated having easy and secure bike storage in the garage. It made coming and going from rides simple and gave us peace of mind knowing our bikes were protected.The host was responsive and easy to work with, and the entire experience—from booking through checkout—was smooth and hassle-free.Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area, whether you’re coming to ride, explore, or just relax.

Stayed Mar 13, 2026We had a great stay. The house was clean and was stocked with any needed items. We had one issue with the keyless entry but the host was quick to communicate and the issue was resolved in a timely matter.
