Guests typically park in the driveway in front of the house, but if you prefer your vehicle more tucked away, there is a secondary driveway with a cement pad on the side of the house by the game room.brbrBABY AMENITIES: We love little travelers! While we do provide child friendly accommodations, our home is not child-proofed. Parents must supervise their children at all times. We have dishes for children, but for safety reasons we do NOT provide a pack-n-play or highchair.brbrTHE DESERT: We love the desert on the property and hope you do too. However, please note that we do not manicure or maintain that portion of the property- it is truly a wild desert experience. You are likely to encounter snakes or other wildlife, so please do not let children roam unsupervised and wander at your own risk.brbrPETS: No pets of any kind - homeowners have pet allergies. brbrBUGS: Arizona has a lot of bugs. We do have regular pest control treatments, but some bugs may still find their way into the house. We encourage guests to close doors whenever possible to prevent bugs from entering the house, particularly in the spring and following any sort of rain.brbrPOOL: The neighborhood pool is down the street and around the corner from the house. It takes approx. 5-10 minutes to walk to the pool and a couple of minutes to drive. The pool is kept locked and in order to obtain the key, guests will need to fill out an electronic waiver agreeing to the community rules. Please reach out ahead of time if you are interested in using the pool.
