We have 7 beds total in our spacious bedrooms and living room that has a pull out queen sized sleeper sofa. The living room is spacious to handle your entire family as you gather around our beautiful gas fireplace. The kitchen has everything you need to cook up a feast for your family. The greatest feature in the house in my opinion and was the ultimate deciding factor on why we purchased the home was the gigantic deck which we have put beautiful patio furniture out there, BBQ a relaxing porch swing outdoor heaters and stylish modern firepit. Best part of this is never have to worry about this property running out of propane. I hooked up the BBQ and the firepit to the gas line so you will never be disappointed about a host not supplying you with what you need to have a great experience on those chilly nights up in the mountains. It is less than 2 miles away from Fool's Hollow Lake, they have bunk beds and a single in a room (so it can sleep 3) a double bed (2), the master suite (2) and then of course the couch/sofa sleeper (2). It also has two bathrooms (with the guest bath having a tub for the littles)!! It is super clean - which is super important to me. The patio is so nice to sit and relax on their swinging bench and play a card game on the patio table. My children loved playing with the games and cooking was a breeze- all the equipment you need to cook- steaks, hamburgers and spaghetti. They also have a playground and hiking trails around the neighborhood. It was nice and private- has a gate even, we felt very secure in this neighborhood. This by far is one of the nicest homes we have stayed in.
