As such, we ask that guests avoid loud music and generally loud noise after quiet hours outside (10 pm). If we receive a noise complaint, we will have to contact the appropriate authorities, and upon a 2nd noise complaint, you will be evicted. brbrEarly Check-in/out: the only way to ensure a late checkout or early check-in is to book an additional day. Early check-in or late checkout availability is based on the bookings prior and after your stay. We will let you know if our cleaners have the house ready early. brbrFeel free to message us about the pool heating cost during your stay. The cost will vary depending on the time of year and length of stay. We make every attempt to be very reasonable with our pricing.brbrPlease don`t remove the pool vacuum from the pool, and do not tamper with the pool equipment. It is the sole responsibility of adult guests to supervise any children present at all times. brThere is no fence around the pool, and adult guests are responsible for supervising any children while in the backyard. Please keep the sliding glass door locked when no adults are in the backyard. brbrPlease make sure the gas BBQ is turned off when not being used. brbrPlease don`t rearrange furniture.brLock all doors when leaving.brTurn down the AC/Heat when leaving.brKeep AC above 73F and Heat below 70F.brPlease ensure all windows and doors are shut while AC/Heat is on.brStay out of owner`s closets.brPut everything back that you get out.brbrTampering, disconnecting, or moving security cameras or occupancy meters will result in an automatic $250 fine.brbrOur property is dog-friendly. If you bring your dog, please get in touch with us for the breed/weight restrictions and the associated pet fee/cleaning fee. brDogs must be crated any time you leave the home. Please pick up all dog poop! brbrPlease, no tape or glitter on walls!brbrbrAs you know, our base rate is for 12 people.
