Stayed May 13, 2026It worked out really well for our needs. You had to use stairs to get from rooms on either side of the kitchen so it is good to keep that in mind if someone isn’t very mobile - not a problem for any of us. Centrally located to either Prescott or Prescott Valley. We would rent it again.

Stayed Apr 14, 2026This house exceeded our expectations! It was absolutely beautiful. I love to cook and this kitchen is a dream! We hosted a post wedding breakfast for family and friends and it was so easy to both cook the food and set up a buffet line. The wet bar was even big enough for a variety of beverages. We loved having the ice machine built in too. We never ran out of ice! We also loved the fact that the house actually had an abundance of toilet paper, paper towels, and bath towels, as well as a dumpster out front for our trash. The beds were comfortable and very nicely decorated. The master bedroom’s showers are HUGE! We loved the rain shower head features and rock floors. Everyone was very comfortable and had plenty of privacy. The backyard was spectacular. Plenty of room for people to sit and enjoy the views. A small herd of deer wandered through both the front and backyards while quail were singing making it feel so peaceful. The hot tub and outdoor games added a nice touch to an already beautiful yard. The hosts were absolutely wonderful! They were so easy to work with and just a quick text away if we had any questions.the house The house felt very remote but it was actually close to a lot of amenities. Costco was very close by as well as other shops and restaurants. We can honestly say that we were beyond impressed by this house and definitely plan on using it again in the future!

Stayed Mar 19, 2026Our stay was perfect! Hosts were very helpful with any questions or concerns we had. The house was very spacious and clean. Very well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, lots of seating, every detail made our stay that much better. Our kids definitely enjoyed the game room downstairs!!

Stayed Feb 7, 2026Nine of us stayed for four nights. The house was immaculate, and the location was great. The hosts were just communicative enough - they were responsive and we knew if we needed something they'd help out, but it wasn't enough to be annoying. We all agreed we'd stay again in a minute. Comfortable beds, a great kitchen. Lots of little spaces if someone wanted to get away and do something else. Thanks to our hosts! The ONLY suggestions we have (and all nine of us consulted) are: 1) more than two dish towels and a dishcloth or a second sponge and 2) maybe some hooks in the showers to hang up wet towels. (pretty minor).

Stayed Jan 15, 2025This home has three large living room areas and a fun game room for the kids. There are two masters and two queens as well as two rooms set up for the kids. My only wish was that there should be TV sets in all of the bedrooms and at 75, climbing the steps to get to and from the kitchen to the bed and bathrooms became a little difficult.

Stayed Oct 15, 2024Prescott home is beautiful with great views and all the accommodations you will need. Plenty of space for our multiple families with little ones. The living room/ kitchen area is where we spent most of our family time and it held all of us comfortably. We saw multiple deer in the mornings and a few night time critters! The house is phenomenal!
