Lovely people with a beautiful home. We will definitely be staying with them again.

This was our second stay at the same place! Karen and Dave are amazing hosts! We find such tranquility and peace while saying here! Very clean and has everything needed from A-Z let me tell you! You want to sit outside even if the weather is cooler? No problem! The patio has a heater directly above the spacious patio table! You want to grill? No problem! You want to play horseshoes? Again, no problem! Without mentioning a specific restaurant when you're here , you're family ! Let me tell you folks, please stay here! You will not be disappointed!!!!!!!

The whole property was inviting. Both Lilly/ pup n myself plus company that dropped by enjoyed n felt very comfortable n cozy in this property. The beds were so comfortable, living room n kitchen furniture too Our host are so thoughtful n went beyond expected I would return next week if I could! lol!!! Loved it!

Karen & Dave are very friendly, helpful, and professional. Perfect place for my little family. Ample supplies in kitchen, bathroom, living room, and bedrooms. Everything was very clean! We have no complaints. We will definitely be coming back to this place whenever we visit Prescott again!

The hosts, Karen & Dave, were wonderful. We were greeted on our arrival with fresh flowers and a small welcome gift was in the fridge. The Casita is a wonderful place to stay - a perfect retreat to enjoy Prescott. Karen has filled the casita with all kinds of material about where to go and what to see in the local area. The casita is beautifully decorated, cozy, and has absolutely everythind you need to ensure we had a great stay. We will be back for a longer stay for sure!

The host David was wonderful! So helpful and accomodating. The Casita is a true home away from home! Everything you could want was there and even some things you didnt know you needed! Beautiful little trail and garden walking area, loved the grill and patio area. Such a nice place to just relax and feel comfortable. All the amenities you could want. Highly recommend!

What an amazing property! We visited in early october and the weather was lovely. I'd love to see it at different times throughout the year ro see all the critters running around.The hosts were wonderful and checked in with us during our stay to ensure all was well.The beds could use some updating in the casita property, but everything else was stellar.Thanks to Dave and Karen

Everything in the house was nice. We didn't like or realize it was so close to the road with lots of traffic. We were not left alone to enjoy the place to ourselves and there was no yard for our dogs (which we did know) but it still made the stay difficult for us.Other than that it was nice!

This place was perfect! Close to downtown. Clean. Quiet. The patio was secluded. The owners were wonderful and gracious!

Hosts were great. Attentive and friendly. The place was clean, comfortable (the bed was very co. Great mattress and comfy sheets. Best of any VRBO so far. Not a complaint just a note for anyone tall or big is the space between the walls and the bed is very tight. Shower was hot and powerful. Patio and garden was nice. Kitchen was well equipped. Would recommend staying here. Enjoyed it

We were delighted with the cottage for our 7 day stay in Sept. The description in the listing lives up to everything we found while there. Obvious quality in everything from furniture, linens, décor, and grounds. You can tell Dave has experience as a bldg contractor! Grounds are well lit at night and shaded by day. Creek is nice but seasonal. Easy access to downtown Prescott. Frys grocery close by. Cabin is well insulated from street noise and even the Yavapai County Fair nearby did not distrub us. Great hosts. Great value. Pet friendly. Already reserved our next trip!

Our accomodations were cozy and welcoming. We loved being able to sit outside and explore the property. We would love to stay with you again.

The house was perfect for our visit. It had everything that we needed and some! The owners were wonderful at communication and offered a lot of extra information about the town. The house is a little tricky to get to, but was worth it.Definitely plan on staying here again.

As ever Karen and Dave were superhosts. We have been returning to the casita for 5 years or so, always a wonderful experience.

We always stay here when we go to Prescott. We really like the location. It is a hidden gem.

Stayed with my partner and our dog. Owners did a great job communicating with us on check-in procedure and and went above and beyond with local hiking and food recommendations (food was incredible!). The cabin was cozy and we were impressed with the owners considerations of the small details. Would definitely visit again!

Really enjoyed our stay. Close to Whisky Row and shopping. Very clean and comfy. Our host, Dave, is great and super communicative. Will stay again!

From start to finish, this VRBO experience was top-notch! The hosts were absolutely amazing—friendly, responsive, and thoughtful in every way. Communication was seamless, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right. The property itself was spotless, cozy, and incredibly inviting. The location couldn’t have been better—peaceful and tucked away, yet still close to everything I needed. The grounds were simply stunning, with beautiful landscaping and a magical little wooded area that felt like a hidden retreat with a lovely hammock to rest and relax in. The outdoor patio and grill were a major highlight. It was the perfect setup for enjoying meals outside and unwinding in the evening. One of the sweetest surprises was how welcoming the hosts were to my cat. Not only were they completely accommodating, but they even left a little cat toy for him—such a thoughtful touch that made me feel truly at home. I can't recommend this place highly enough. I will definitely be back!

We were in Prescott for my youngest child’s college graduation. And the casita was just right for us. It was close to everything we needed to get to, had all the confits of home and so many thoughtful special details to make our stay extra comfortable. We loved every day we got to spend there and would highly recommend a stay at Karen and Dave’s quiet little oasis near the town center.

Great place for our two nights. Hosts were great and the property was perfect.

Dave and Karen are the best! Communication was exceptional, the cabin was beyond beautiful, totally stocked with everything from A-Z, a nice little gift (champagne) left in the fridge and not to mention- this place is immaculate, charming and absolutely beautiful! Cozy get away! We will definitely stay again! Location is also great for the fact that its close to so many restaurants and stores! Give it a try- you will not be dissapointed!!!!!!!

My adult daughter had had a medical event requiring over a month in a nursing facility. After her discharge, she still needed a week to gain strength before traveling. This cozy little home was perfect! A well stocked kitchen, two bedrooms, , full laundry, and everything was sooo comfy. Highly recommended!

I stayed here while my new place was being finished. The place was clean and had everything i needed. Close to food and a grocery store.

Excellent amenities. Very homey. Super quick response. They go the extra mile for tourists. They keep you well informed on what to do in the area.

The house was everything we'd expected, and everything we needed was provided and more! The description was accurate. The only issue we experienced was the size of the bed, as we are accustomed to a king size. The bed was comfortable but it was a queen sized bed.

Another wonderful stay at the hideaway! Karen and Dave are great! Always have what we need, enjoy relaxing on the patio and walking around Prescott.

We really enjoyed our stay with our 2 small dogs. The hosts were on top of everything! They really cater to their guests, more like family actually. The accommodations were clean, quiet and cozy and they supplied everything, and then some, to make us feel at home. They even left turkey squeeze stuffies for our fur babies! Would definitely stay here again and would recommend this property to anyone going to visit the area. We also really enjoyed learning about the tragic but heroic story about the Granite Mountain Hotshots.

Very private, nicely decorated, and convenient to town amenities. Especially enjoyed the large terrrace area with grill and generous seating for sharing with our son and family in the evenings while visiting. Highly reccommend.

Dave and Karen had a great little place!! It was perfect, clean, quiet and felt like home. Everything we were hoping for….they were the best hosts! We will definitely be booking more stays with them. Thank you for the wonderful experience Laura and John
