We are located 1.6 miles from downtown in a neighborhood down a long lane on 1.25 acres. There is a meadow and Miller Creek, when it is running. Fry's grocery store is a couple blocks away. We are licensed, inspected and compliant with the City. We have fire extinguishers, carbon monoxide detectors, smoke detectors and a first aid kit. Prescott has a Noise Ordinance from 10pm to 8am. We do not allow parties or events. Pets are allowed with permission, a signed Pet Agreement and a Pet Fee./p
