*BBQ *Great backyard *Pet Friendly *Fireplace

This is our second time staying here. We liked how close it was to our sons house who lives here. I enjoyed how close the store and shops in the area. The beds are very comfortable and the house stayed warm. The kitchen is cute and retro and great to cook in.

We like the convenience to nearby shops and just down the street to Whiskey row. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom were great with lots of towels. I didnt give it 5 stars because the couch was VERY uncomfortable. We did have a situation and the host was nearby to help with a concern I had. The backyard was very nicely set up.

Really nice place. A little rough around the edges and needs more water pressure. Would stay again great place for our dog!!

The property was clean and cozy, very pet friendly. Kitchen was clean, well equipped. Washer, dryer stocked, well functioning. The water pressure was low. Being as this is a very old property, not sure it can be corrected.Life safety issues. It is not obvious from the photos, but the pitch of the stairs leading into the house is very steep with no railing. Unsafe in my opinion. In the bedroom there was a 3 prong outlet without a cover, a clear hazard. Reported to the management company. Receipt acknowledged, no action taken during my 1 week stay.Technology issues. Internet connectivity spotty. TV in living room had a continuous hum/buzz in the background. Her response was to watch the small tv in the bedroom. No other response in my 1 week stay

Great stay with our 2 small dogs, older home but very clean and good location to whiskey row.

This place is amazing! It is the cutest house, well decorated, clean and comfortable. The backyard is great to hangout and relax in. It is super close to downtown and a very quiet neighborhood. The hosts are so nice, accommodating and communicative. Highly recommend and definitely plan on staying here again!

It was the perfect little place to stay with my kids and doggy. I want to go back when I can stay a little longer to enjoy the adorable little place. My daughter said it was like where fairies live.

No kitchen storage, tv kept stalling,no water pressure,gaps on front and back doors, so creatures could get in. Railing on steps would be nice.

We have had no internet connection in the front room and been on the phone and text messages with the property manager. This is a very old house and falling apart. I am really disappointed with this booking.

Amazing communication from the host! We had a small issue which required us to switch properties last minute and it was super fast and easy. Very responsive throughout our stay, which was amazing!

Was in a good location and had privacy

We asked for a early check in at 3 instead of 4. I text the host and she said that would be fine. When we got there they were still cleaning and said they wouldn't been done until 4. Kitchen was clean no water pressure in the sink and faucet was loose.

We had a fantastic time. Getting out of scottsdale weather. Place was charming and clean. It is close to the lakes, stores and restaurants. I would stay again. Thanks for everything.

It was great, got some deferred maintenance there, the dryer was full of wet clothes when we arrived, kitchen floor was dirty (sticky), but overall, the great beds, the space size and the great back yard fully justify a return reservation next year, especially since you offer a 10% discount by booking directly. Enjoyed it, thanks for asking.

The inside of the property was cleaned very well by the cleaning staff. Things that were out of control of the staff were stained furniture, ripped rugs, outdoor furniture was a complete disaster. Extremely low water pressure in the kitchen faucet. The pictures of this property when listed were apparently when the furniture was clean and newer. These items should immediately be replaced by the owner, I’ve attached some pictures for your viewing.

Lovely older home with lots of charm and beautiful backyard. Our dogs loved having the freedom to run and play in the yard. Would definitely stay again.

We arrived a little later than we had hoped. When we got there we tried to turn the heat on because it was only 62 degrees in the house. We left for dinner thinking it would heat up. When we got back it was even colder. We contacted them and it took about over an hour to come to the house. She couldn’t get it to work either. Company was called to come by but it was very late by the time he got there. It was a cold evening and it really put a damper on the start of our get away with my kids. After the heat was fixed we had a great time. They stated we could get a partial credit, but haven’t received one yet.

We loved it. Very cozy and perfect for our family. We’ll definitely be back.

Everything thong was great. My wife and I enjoyed the old homes charm and our dog lived the fenced back yard

We loved it!!! The house was perfectly located to downtown and only 20 mins from our event in Prescott Valley we were attending. Everything was great!!!

no hand rails,very uneven terrane, refrigerator leaked water onto kitchen floor. Property manager was great!! Moved us into another unit. It was perfect!! Thank you Christine.
