Completed in 2007, this 2,350 sq/ft home has 4 bedrooms, 3 baths and a full kitchen including, a microwave, dishwasher, pantry, and double ovens. br brThere are 3 bedrooms and 2 baths upstairs, as well as the kitchen, dining area, and family room. In addition, downstairs there is a second master suite with a queen bedroom set, an ensuite bath with a stall shower and direct access to an outdoor patio. There is also a full laundry room including a mud room accessible from the garage downstairs. The garage is 1,000 sq/ft and is attached with parking for one car/truck. There is a large driveway with plenty of room for multiple vehicles. The garage doors are 10 feet high so they can accommodate a large truck. br brThere are four TVs in total with DISH network. The primary suite has an ensuite bath (with a bathtub, shower, toilet & double sinks) and a sliding door that accesses the wrap around deck. The primary suite also includes a large flat panel TV with a DVD player. There is a large, stone-faced wood-burning fireplace in the family room upstairs.
