This listing is for the entire home including the resort like backyard with swimming pool and spa (HEATING OPTIONAL) and patio area with gas firepit and gas BBQ. The home is 1640 square feet with high vaulted ceilings and new furnishings. The pool and spa are connected and so the two can heat together to the temperature of the pool but in order to heat the spa to a hot tub the pool can not be heating at the same time. For spa option guests please let us know the times of the day you would want the spa on (i.e. morning from 7-9am, evening from 7-10 pm) so that we can create a schedule for it to run during those times.
