We have completely remodeled to mix modern day fixtures and appliances with mid-century rustic charm to create a cozy and welcoming family friendly space. There is a stone hearth, wood burning fireplace at the centerpiece of the living room, new windows with screens and lots of outdoor space to hang out and enjoy nature.brbrPiney Hollow is set on a small parcel all by itself. There are 2 parking spaces in front of the small porch off the laundry room and there is an additional spot behind the cabin on the top side of the driveway. It has a shared driveway so parking is ONLY on the gravel areas but there is a horseshoe driveway for a trailer pull through. We have wifi and 2 TVs with streaming channels. Riverden is just off Main Street in the hamlet of Greer AZ. We do allow dogs in this cabin but no more than 2. Each dog is $20 per night for your stay. Dogs may be left in the cabin when you are not ONLY if they are crated. We STRONGLY suggest taking your fuzzy buddies with you on all adventures. Show up with your food, basic necessities and a sense of adventure. The beds are fresh. The lights and heat are on. The towels are set.brbrThe Space:brRiverden is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom Cabin with a very efficient kitchen. We have a gas range and oven, carousel microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal and fridge. The combined living room and kitchen area has windows looking out to the porch and onto East side mountains and sweet sunrises. There is a round dining room table (with hidden leaf extension) for 4 to 6 people. Glassware, plates and silverware, cookware and utensils are all in the cabin. A small gas stove adds ambiance to the living room area but we have central heating throughout the cabin. Both bedrooms have Queen beds and streaming TVs. We have Wifi and Dish Network Satellite TV. The gas grill on the porch is easy access and we provide propane for you as our guest. All windows have room darkening curtains and screens.brbrGuest Access:brAs our guest, you can enjoy the lower banks of the Little Colorado River, Riverbend common areas and access (over the small river) to National Forest land.brbrThe Neighborhood:brRiverbend Cabins is a small complex off of Main Street. There are other rental cabins in the complex but you have privacy being on the river's edge. The Greer Village Walkway is a nice pathway that leads you to National Forest hiking trails and shops/dining. It's right across the street. In the cabin you will find a Hit The Trails magazine with 38 local trails and maps for exploring in Greer. Ice, booze, tobacco, souvenirs and supplies are available at our well-stocked local convenience store, Lazy Trout Market, which is open until 5PM daily. In Summer months, Greer has coffee, pizza, restaurants, gift shops and more! During Winter months and year-round, you can choose from Rendezvous Diner, Molly Butler Lodge and Edelweiss German Bistro for most of your family dining needs. Please remember, Greer has no gas stations or laundromats.brbrGetting Around:brBring your bikes, UTVs or good shoes to get anywhere in Greer. There is a small convenience store in Greer but no gas stations. The nearest chain grocery stores and gas stations are in Eagar and Springerville which are 17 minutes away. We do suggest AWD/4WD vehicles in wintertime and be prepared to (and know how to) use tire chains in snowy conditions. The main roads are plowed and so is our parking area but Mother Nature can be unpredictable. Be prepared!brbrOther Things to Note:brRiverbend guests can enjoy the Little Colorado River between the 2 fences at the bottom of the cabins. Please don't cross the bridges to the neighboring private property. The owners of that property are very strict with their NO TRESPASSING policy.

Nestled in the pines, cozy up in this sweet little 2 bedroom plus kids' loft, 1 bath cabin situated on 1/2 acre just off Main Street, located in the heart of Greer. The popular Greer Trail is just down the street and is within easy walking/biking distance to local events, shops and only 300 yards from the Little Colorado River. brbrTHE SPACE:brThe Knotty Bear Cabin is secluded, providing guests with privacy and the ultimate opportunity to experience the great outdoors without compacted parking, close cabin proximity or noisy resort activities. Why not experience Greer as it was meant to be enjoyed Peace, quiet and the opportunity to relax in the seclusion of a private cabin! Knotty Bear is pet friendly and includes a dog run. Please remember, Knotty Bear is a non-smoking cabin! We provide bed linens, towels, toiletries, SOME paper products, trash bags & dish soap. Our kitchen is stocked with basic needs to prepare and serve a family meal. We also provide a backup of ground coffee, sugar, creamer & tea. K-cup brewer & pods available upon request but there is a regular coffee brewer and a tea kettle there. We have a mid-size fridge, four-burner electric range/oven, microwave & drying rack for dishes. The bathroom has a full-size tub/shower, toilet and vanity with storage. Both bedrooms have rods w/ hangers and storage with a chair and luggage rack. The loft has a low ceiling, so it is great for kids to sleep or play games. The ladder may be dangerous for small children. Our fireplace is converted to an electric heater that provides cabin ambiance but is safe and clean. Each room has a heater also. We provide propane for the modern gas grill on the porch, grill tools, foil and plastic wrap.brbrGUEST ACCESS:brYou are welcome to use our full property but please respect our neighbors by keeping dogs leashed at all times when outdoors and NO campfires on the property.brbrOTHER THINGS TO NOTE:brWe now have Netflix, Hulu, DISNEY+ & more on our streaming TV with ROKU. Turn the power on to the TV with the SAMSUNG remote and use the ROKU remote to access channels. You can sign in to your personal accounts using the ROKU remote. We also have a small collection of family friendly DVDs you can view, and more DVDs and family friendly games are available for rental from the Cabin Butler office.
