Super easy, great hosts

Great stay! Perfect location, close to restaurants and great little cabin by a pond! Lots of room for the dogs to have fun out in the snow and the views were spectacular!

This is the second cabin we have rented with Chris and Kate. These folks take care of their customers. We'll absolutely be repeat renters!

Had a great time. I caught a 18-in trout out of your trout pond with a fly pole. I did accidentally leave my net there.

It was amazing, everything was perfect. Chris was very helpful. Even had a little gate to keep the dog on the porch. Was very impressed with the personal touches. Loved this cabin, beautifully equipped and close to all hiking trails in the White Mts. Temp was ideal 60s. Extremely clean, owners were great.

The cabin was clean and neat, with a fully equipped kitchen. The host are delightful and very accommodating. Greer is a very quiet village close to many hiking opportunities.

The cabin was amazing, comfortable, clean and in a great area. The grandkids loved seeing all the wildlife including a pelican trying to get a fish out of the pond. It had everything we needed and more. We may be celebrating our anniversary there every year. Thank you for being amazing hists.

The 4 days we stayed at Greer, we used the community center for our daughter's wedding. The community center had everything we needed, was clean and well designed. The marriage ceremony took place at a nearby reservoir which provided the perfect place to take pictures and the weather turned out to be a little windy but warm. Our stay at the cabin went well. The appliances were like new, lighting great, plumbing fixtures like new and we got to watch World Series one night. Check in and check out procedures were well written although we struggled a little with the door lock and unlock procedure. The bed I slept in was a little soft for me but fine for my wife. Another family couple shared the cabin with us and was comfortable living space for all of us. The cabin location was conveniently located close to Molly Butler Restaurant for an afternoon meal. The fact that the family couple could bring there two small dogs with them was a big plus also.

First time in Greer and absolutely loved it! Beautiful weather, nice people and the cabin we stayed in was amazing! The cabin has everything you need. Very well kept and clean. Thank you Chris and Kate for your hospitality !

An enjoy stay in the cool pines of Greer. The cabin was exactly what we expected and very clean. A very enjoyable stay and would consider coming back again.

The cabin was perfect for our 5 day stay. The scenery was lovely and we will be back.

We have a great relaxing getaway with our 2 dogs. Plenty of walking for them and great porch to enjoy the views.

They had everything we needed, and we walked everywhere - nice patio for watching the rain!
