Outdoors, enjoy the Arizona heat as you float in the large refinished backyard private pool and soaking tub, or cool yourself off under the covered patio with a new misting system. The backyard is complete with a cabana, propane grill, hammock, corn hole, and pickle ball court. The home has lots of activities for indoor fun as well, with five new smart TVs, pool table, darts, ping-pong table, craps table and more! You can walk or use the provided-bikes to the Cardinals State Farm stadium, the Coyotes Gila River arena and to the Westgate Entertainment District (1.5 miles away) in a matter of minutes. Our home was renovated in 2019, with new floors, paint, and furnishings. Perfect for families or the ultimate sports fan! brbrThere is an additional $60 a day to heat the pool and $30 a night to heat the spa. Scheduled heating times for the pool are 9am-3pm then the spa 5pm-10pm. The pool essentially stays warm throughout the day and evening. Cools down a little at night but heats right back up for the day. We can't run both at the same time but spa would be pool temp during the day. Pool lights are scheduled to turn off at 11pm. Failure to complete rental agreement will result in the cancellation of your reservation. br2. QUIET HOURS are from 10pm to 8am. This is a quiet residential neighborhood filled with families. Out of respect for the neighbors, and in compliance with CITY ORDINANCES, Quiet Hours are STRICTLY enforced. Please be mindful of anything other than quiet noise in the backyard after 10pm. We use passive noise monitoring technology that tracks the volume level of noise (and only the volume level). If that noise rises beyond a reasonable level during quiet hours, I will be notified. If police arrive at property due to noise violations, guests are responsible for fines and reservation will be terminated without refund. br3. NO OUTSIDE GUESTS. Allowing anyone on the premises who is not a member of your registered group is restricted; pre-approval by host is required. br4. NO PARTIES/GATHERINGS. The reservation is for the number of guests listed on the reservation; the presence of any undisclosed overnight guests will result in an immediate cancellation of the trip without any refund. br5. DAMAGE TO PROPERTY OR PROPERTY CONTENTS. Guests are responsible for treating the home and its contents with the utmost care. Any damaged or missing items will be charged to guest - this includes BATH AND BED LINENS. Black towels are provided to remove face makeup; please use these to avoid staining white linens and incurring replacement costs. br6. SECURITY CAMERAS are active and monitor anyone entering or exiting the house. br7. NO SMOKING of any kind indoors (this includes vaping). Feel free to smoke outside, but please don't smoke in front of open doors and windows. If we have to mitigate smoke damage, the cleaners charge a $500 fee which will be passed on to you. br8. NO GLASS OR CERAMIC DINNERWARE/DRINKWARE is permitted outdoors. Plastic glasses, plates, and bowls are provided for your outdoor fun. br9. POOLS & HOT TUBS ARE DANGEROUS.
