Please DO NOT wear your shoes and sandles while walking on this hand made carpet, located on the main living room area. All other flooring is a brown colored ceramic 6 wide tiles by various lengths. The kitchen has all the latest cooking appliances and utensils with a great outdoor BBQ adjacent to swimming pool. There is an outdoor over head space shaded with counter seating for those nipping nights. The outdoor furniture is comfortable and good quality to just enjoy and relax on.brSeveral golf courses are available within 20 minutes from this home. This home is only 35 minutes from the PHX airport and 45 minutes from the Mesa airport. Garage is not available for use and is used for the owners possessions. The garbage container sits behind the 4' stucco wall to the left of garage as you walk down the paver walkway to the back patio and pool area. garbage must be placed out on Mondays by 10am.br The home also has a Savant stereo system throughout the entire home and pool/patio area.
