Four bedrooms sleep 9, about 25 minutes from Scottsdale and minutes from the famous Fountain, Saguaro Lake, and We-Ko-Pa golf.



The Space:>
Welcome to Buffalo, a Southwestern hillside home tucked into the desert above Fountain Hills, where the whole back of the house opens to the pool and the mountains fill every window.



The backyard is built around the water. A free-form pool with a boulder waterfall sits just steps from the covered, curved patio, where deep lounge seating gathers around a fire pit table under string lights and ceiling fans. A second patio off the kitchen holds an al fresco dining table and a gas grill, with sunset views over the valley and Red Mountain. Desert landscaping and mature palms frame the pool, and the pebble deck is made for lounging.



Inside, iron double doors open into a bright great room with soaring ceilings, a linear fireplace, a smart TV, and curved floor-to-ceiling windows that look straight out to the pool and peaks. The round dining table sits in a windowed alcove beside the kitchen, which is finished in white cabinetry and quartz with a large island, double ovens, stainless appliances, and a Keurig coffee station.



The primary suite has a king bed, a sitting area, its own patio access, and a spa bath with a freestanding soaking tub, dual vanities, and a walk-in shower. Three more bedrooms, each with a smart TV, and additional full bathrooms give everyone their own space.



Downstairs, a lower-level lounge doubles as a game room: a second sectional and fireplace, foosball, Connect Four, a Pac-Man arcade cabinet, board games, and a mini fridge and microwave for late-night snacks. A full laundry room stocked with detergent and extra linens and a three-car garage round out the home.

The Neighborhood:

Buffalo sits on a quiet hillside cul-de-sac in Fountain Hills, a few minutes from the town's famous 560-foot fountain, Fountain Park, and the shops and restaurants of the Avenue of the Fountains. McDowell Mountain Regional Park trails, We-Ko-Pa Golf Club, and Fort McDowell are about 10 to 15 minutes away, Saguaro Lake and Salt River tubing about 20 minutes, and Old Town Scottsdale and the Scottsdale Airpark roughly 25 to 30 minutes. Sky Harbor Airport is about 45 minutes.



Getting Around:

A rental car is recommended; the home is on a hillside and ride shares can take longer to arrive in Fountain Hills. There is parking in the driveway and three-car garage.



Other Things to Note:

Please note the home is in a quiet residential neighborhood; quiet hours begin at 9:00 pm and events are not permitted. The property backs to open desert, so please keep gates closed and watch for wildlife. Routine maintenance such as landscaping and pool service may occur during your stay. Mail and packages cannot be delivered to the property.
