New cabinets, granite, tiled showers and new flooring. It’s about ten minutes from the Florida/Alabama line and the infamous FloraBama Lounge.The Wharf (concert venue also) within10 minutes. Ten minutes to the Hangout, 5 minutes to Coastal and across the street from the Hugh H Bryan trail, named #1 in the nation in 2024. brThere are literally miles of trails for running walking or biking.brIt has one king size bedroom with full bath upstairs and queen sofa bed and full bath downstairs. It is 707 square feet with fully stocked kitchen, books, games, beach toys, all linens and towels and a stackable washer/dryer in the unit. brbrWe have four pools, one of which is heated as well as a kiddie pool. Tennis/racket ball courts for those fans are on second floor. brbrThis unit is on the third floor, yes there are elevators with plenty of carts to load your stuff on to load and unload. The good part is when you get off elevator and go through double doors, it’s the first unit on the right. brbrAs you will see in the pictures we sit directly on the sand and the walkway from pool to sand is about 15-20 feet. brbrI bought this unit seven years ago and I manage and clean and sanitize it myself being local.brI am open 24/7 to assist you with any maintenance, questions, help you might need. brbrI ran a charter boat business for seven years and customer service is my name. Regency Isle is one of the premier condo buildings on the Gulf Coast. This 1330 Square foot unit has been completely renovated and includes 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and an oversized balcony. The complex includes both indoor and outdoor pools, located on the Gulf side, fitness center and covered picnic area with four gas grills. Unit comes with covered parking and a designated parking space. brbrIf you've never been to OBA, you should know that location is KEY! Regency Isle's beach front is less crowded than most and, when you sit on the balcony, you see the Gulf of Mexico, not the neighbors next door! Work directly with the owners, not a rental agency!brbrThe beautiful master suite includes a king bed and floor to ceiling sliding glass door that opens on to the gulf-from balcony. The en-suite master bathroom boasts a walk in spacious closet and double sinks. The guest bedroom has two queen beds and its own en-suite bath with a single vanity and tub/shower.
