Affordable Renovated Beachside At Sugar Beach Condos in Orange Beach, AL

Host was welcoming and had great communication. Condo was very clean with updated bathrooms and kitchen. Very convenient walk to the beach. Reasonably priced.

The condo was very clean. Not only was the condo clean but the whole property was clean, no trash hanging around. The condo had all the beach items that one would need like umbrella, beach chairs, even toys to build a sand castle. The condo owner Yvonne was readily available and responded back quickly. I will be rebooking with her next year.

The unit was super cute with everything we needed! This host is out of this world nice and thoughtful!!! I had to speak to her directly about an issue and she was so understanding and kind. You can see the ocean and the roof top pool from the balcony. The king size bed is to die for!! It was so comfortable. Plenty of towels were provided. Will definitely consider bookikg this unit again!!!!

We had an amazing weekend beach getaway! The condos were right on the beach—exactly what I wanted.We ate out twice: crab legs at Bahama Bob’s Beachside Cafe and dinner with live entertainment at The Hangout, both right on the beach.It was the perfect mix of relaxation, great food, and beautiful views. Highly recommend!

Really enjoyed the place- liked having the upstairs for privacy. Comfy king size bed and 2 baths were nice. Had everything we needed. Great location, easy access to beach.

Right on the beach with a very short walk to the water. Good parking with security. Condo was very clean. Pools were very nice. We're already planning another trip for next year.

Yvonne was great with the check in details, the property had everything to make your beach trip fun,the kitchen had everything you needed,We will be staying there every trip back there

Perfect location, 4 pools, beach side, beautiful! Only issue was AC needed repaired while we were there but the owner got someone over the same day. It was dusty in spots but otherwise clean and stocked for cooking. Loved having the washer/dryer to clean all the towels!!! Even washed all but the last night of showers towels and folded them for the next guests.

Yvonne was easy to talk with. Condo was newly updated, bed comfortable, kitchen had what you need. Had 1 heated pool ( was truly heated felt great) 2 others, feet from beach.

The condo was clean, but smaller than the appearance goves. The bathtoilet area is extremely small. The hallways needs painting badly. The days it rained, the parking lot was so flooded, some residents were walking in water as a foot deep in order to get to their vehicles. The elevator has no ventilation. Hot and muggy.

Overall this experience was relaxing and trouble-free. Communication was top notch and the pictures showcase an accurate and comfortable stay. From it's decorations to it's super-soft beds, this stay combined the comforts of home with the excitement of being steps away the beach.

My husband and I went to Orange Beach for an anniversary trip. We found the condo to be a bit different than we expected. However, the owner was so quick to respond to my questions. She had it cleaned very well. She let us know that it was ready before our check in time. Communication was great. Getting to the beach was perfect. The location was very convenient to area restaurants. We depended on the photos of the unit to be accurate. It wasn’t exactly as we expected. I feel like we over paid for what we got. It is in need of paint up/fix up. The building is a little antiquated. The elevator was scary. Our last day there it broke. This required countless trips back and forth to load our car. The hallway was dark and resembled a dungeon. My husband noticed that the hallway fire extinguisher was not behind a glass door and the pin had been removed, he is a retired Firefighter. The electrical outlets need to be replaced. One of the outlets in the bedroom sparked when I tried to push the TV plug, it was loose. The shower and the tub/shower need to be updated. The kitchen could use an upgrade too. Maybe some newer small appliances and pots and pans, etc. All in all it was a good trip to the beach.

Have stayed at this property several times. This the first in this unit. Just right for couple. Even though an older group of condos have some of the best beach and pools are great. Will hopefully be back there soon.
