    I love staying in the Phoenix’s. My husband and I come to the coast several times a year. The grounds were very clean, the staff very friendly and the condo clean and comfortable. However, the kitchen needed to be stocked better with utensils. Most every other place I’ve stayed, I’ve never had a problem with needing anything in the kitchen to cook. The place didn’t have a fryer, Bowles to store things, or a cutting board. This is important for someone that cooks during their stay.

    Outdated, Multiple broken items, kitchen inadequate for cooking, showers did not drain, refrigerator did not cool properly, bedrooms had no decorations and missing blind panel in Master bedroom. Too expensive to stay in such a poorly maintained condo. Pictures did not show the true state of the condo. Great view and great location but needs a lot of work.
