Family-Friendly Beach Condo - 3 Pools, Snack Bar & Direct Beach Access

Very clean and right on the beach! Easy parking and felt very secure! We loved the snackbar! Already planning our stay for next year!

It was a nice clean place to stay. Very close to the beach. I would definitely rebook this place again.

The unit was quiet and comfortable and easy access to the beach.

Appliances are the main things that could be updated for use

The condo was very nice. It was so clean! It was stocked with anything that you would need for a few meals there. The location is very convenient to many attractions. I love the little snack and drink bar! I have stayed at Sugar Beach before and I am sure I will stay again! Perfect for us!

a very clean and comfortable unit in this particular perpendicular to the beach condo with the unit toward the highway side. elevators were a bit flaky the first few days but fixed.. because of the bunk beds, the queen bed is flush to the wall so it is hard for two people to get in and out. The unit will be better with just the sleeper sofa downstairs minus the bunk beds. so two adults going to easily use the queen bed. this unit is an excellent value for the price.

The place was great. We enjoyed our time there. The only issue we had was that the oven is a little outdated and it was difficult to cook there because it was not working properly but I’m being picky here. I would definitely go back. The owners were great and helped us with little issues very quickly. No complaints. It’s part of life that some things don’t go perfectly sometimes.

We loved the location and ease of getting to the beach. The owners were very helpful and communicated quickly. Even though the property is older, we’re already looking to book a unit for this summer.

It was clean and homey feel! We def enjoyed it! Quick walk to the beach. Just what we needed to relax and restart for the new year!

Here is what I emailed to our host Just some quick feedback on your rental. You advertise a clean unit but from our observations not so much. See attached photos. Double doors are disgusting coming into the hallway. Hem on curtains is filthy. Front door is sticky, your garbage and cookware, plates etc. area looks as if something blew up food wise all over the inside. I would recommend another area to have your garbage can, which has no cover, other than with the plates and pans for eating. The refrigerator/freezer has a bad stench coming from it that the baking soda doesn’t cover up. A thorough cleaning including all the cupboards and drawers inside and out would help. Toaster doesnt work. Won’t hold down the bread. The TV is very hard to understand and work with the remote
