Stayed May 26, 2025Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo itself was lovely. Beautiful views, clean, and the building was very nice as well. We had one issue with the fact that the listing online claimed it had a fitness center in the building and when we arrived we discovered it did not in fact have a fitness center. This may not be a big deal to some people but my husband and I seek out properties that have a fitness center. I spoke to Dana at Aqua Vacations and she did not provide good customer service, blamed the mix up on the online booking site that we used to book our stay, and did not call me back to offer a resolution. Overall Tradewinds was beautiful. I hope no one else has this experience with the listed amenties/ expectations and what is actually offered.
