Regency Isle Unit 702 - Gulf Front, Huge Balcony, Amazing Views.

Great place to stay in Orange Beach!! The condo has great space and the location was perfect. Close to everything you need, but not in the middle of all the craziness. Beach was amazing, not crowded like others! Communication from the owners was quick and gave us everything needed. Definitely recommend staying here to anyone looking at an Orange Beach/Gulf Shores vacation! Would book here again!!

Once again, this updated condo did not disappoint! The unit was super clean and very well stocked with what we needed. We've already booked for next summer!

Wow, what a wonderful condo with an awesome view! We have stayed in many condos over the years, this was definitely at the top! The kitchen was clean and well stocked, so many pots and pans and all the utensils you could need. The furniture and beds were very comfortable, nice soft sheets and plenty of extra blankets. Upon arrival we went to the balcony and the dolphins were jumping around (full moon!) we got several dolphin shows during our stay. We did reach out a couple times with questions and received a very fast response. Thank you Chris, we will be back!

The condo was perfect. Just as described with gorgeous views. Quiet area but close to activities. Will stay here again.

Have been staying at Regency Isle every year since we first booked a vacation here in 2021, and this condo was our favorite. Has been recently remodeled and is very apparent. Every detail provides amazing luxury - comfortable seating in living, mattresses, bedding, outdoor furniture. Beautifully decorated but also not fearful my little ones might break something. We traveled here with our 3 year old and 3 month old. The beach chairs and cooler were very nice surprises that made our stay even better. Well stocked kitchen with everything you need. Will definity be returning!

This is our go-to place for our family get-aways -- nothing beats this beachfront location! Chris and Missy are so easy to work with and truly care about their property. We really appreciated the updates to the 2nd bedroom. Having 2 queen beds makes a huge difference. Can't wait until our next visit!

Very happy with everything

The condo was perfect for our visit. The location was great since we went to Destin FL one day. The second bedroom and bathroom could use some updates but still very comfortable. Chris was quick to respond when i had a question and allowed us to check in a bit early which we appreciate very much.

Very clean, updated unit, also provided many amenities to get started including dishwasher pods, laundry tablets, toilet paper, etc… would highly recommend

Condo was great, beautiful location and had everything you would need in a kitchen. Very Clean, check- in was super easy. Our group plans on another booking for next year. Only problem, was the listing was for two king beds, however when we arrived it was a king and queen. We rolled with it ,because we were at the beach and it was vacation, this did not ruin our vacation at all. We will be back next year. Thank you

This condo is updated and SUPER CUTE! Very clean, and was very well stocked with all we needed to grill and cook in the condo! We love Regency Isle and will definitely be back to hopefully this exact condo! Communication was great!

Property was clean, comfortable and nicely furnished. We have stayed in several of units at the RI and this is certainly one of our favorite 2 BRs units. Hope to return soon.
