AT THE BEACH! Beautiful 3 Bedroom and 3 Bath

If you like beach life, you will love Seashell Sanctuary. This property has it all. You name it, from a gorgeous, wide, white sand beach and beautiful water of the gulf to pools galore! It has basketball, tennis, horseshoes and shuffleboard. Hot tubs and a workout room and did I mention the beach From the moment that you turn onto the property and drive down the beautifully landscaped, winding entry road, you will know that you have found something special. Families that discover the Plantation return year after year. It is far enough from the congested condo section, of Gulf Shores, to benefit from much less crowded beaches, yet a nice beautiful drive into town will land you at some of the best restaurants, night life, and family entertainment around including water parks, go carts and miniature golf. Seashell Sanctuary features three bedrooms and three baths on each side of the house. There are granite counter tops in the kitchen, and baths along with premium mirrors which have added a touch of class to the beach. The furniture is cleaned on a regular basis and replaced when it begins to show wear. Bring the whole family and share the expense. Seashell Sanctuary will sleep 18 people if both sides are rented. The Abalone side (VRBO.com/608340) will sleep 8 and the Blue Whelk side (VRBO.com/608341) will sleep 10. Black-out curtains gives privacy and comfort to the guest using the high quality, double pump, inflatable mattresses in the living room. The three baths really come in handy for this as well. One of the baths is located on the main level along with the living room, kitchen, and one of the king bedrooms. The other two baths are located upstairs along with the other two bedrooms. The master has an ensuite bath. Seashell Sanctuary is in a constant state of renovation and we are continuously making improvements. Some of the latest improvements are: Wood ceilings in the master bedroom, master bathroom and the kitchen. Secured, high speed internet, improved cable TV, new washer and dryer, new dishwasher, multiple smart TVs. In 2021 we added a new porch swing and new refrigerator to the “Blue Whelk” side and the “Abalone” side got a new refrigerator in 2023. Both sides received new outdoor furniture in 2023. All of the TVs are flat screens. The living room now has a 55 inch, the master has a 48 inch and the other bedrooms have 40” TVs so that you don't have to miss the big game while you are at the beach. Outdoor furniture, on the over-sized deck, will allow you to sit in comfort while enjoying your breakfast in the morning, coffee in the afternoon, and wine in the evening, all while listening to the music of the waves crashing against the sandy shore and watching the children swimming in one of the beautiful, tropically landscaped pools.

Beautiful and classy and just what you need after a long day in the sun. The bathroom in the entertaining area outside has a sink, mirror and toilet and there are two outdoor showers as well.brbrKitchen / Family Room:brRenovated kitchen and appliances with stone countertops, integrated light show and blue tooth speaker, large solid wood tables, ocean view (of course!) 75 smart TV, comfortable couches, unique fun lighting fixtures and a Queen-sized pull out couch. brbr-Outdoor Entertainment Areas, Proximity to the Water- brAs mentioned above, the outdoor, covered entertainment area is awesome. Lots of outdoor games like ladder golf, cornhole etc. as well as an eating area, barbeque and small mini-bar area. Additionally, a larger lounging area with swinging hammocks and chairs and outdoor fans makes this space so relaxing and refreshing. Other amenities can be found in the storage closet (bikes) or the board room (kayaks, paddleboard, beach supplies etc.) and we even have a large custom cart with sand tires to make your small 1-2 minute walk to the beach even easier. brbrBeing a second-tier property, you can still see and smell the ocean as well as feel the breeze but there is something unique about this particular location on the Ft Morgan Peninsula. Because it is the most narrow part, you also only have a 1-minute drive / 5-minute walk to a sand boat launch on the Bay, so lots of water access points!!brbrOther Things to Note: brThis property includes a laundry room onsite as well as street parking close by, but don't get stuck in the sand! The driveway can fit 4 vehicles comfortably, and maybe 6 if all are smaller vehicles. Also, as long as burn bans have not been issued by the Alabama Department of Conservation (usually in the summer time), you can dig out some sand on the property and enjoy a little cooking fire if you'd like. Just be sure it doesn't become a large bonfire as that is not allowed. brbrPlease be respectful of neighbors when on the grounds and move the party indoors once it gets late or be very quiet after 10:00 P.M. brbrThe Beach:brThe beaches are beautiful all along the gulf coast. White powder sand beach with shells and very llittle sea weed unless a large storm comes by. Water quality is very clean in Ft Morgan due to it being less crowded and surrounded by protected environmental preserves but color can change almost daily. It ranges from clear blue to murky sandy colored depending on water current and storms. There is significant wild life in the late summer which can be fun for fishing. We provide vinegar spray for the occasional Atlantic Sea Nettle that frequent the Gulf of Mexico in hotter months. The waves average 2 ft so are great for little children as long as daily Rip Current guidelines are followed.brbrPets:brFt Morgan is a dog friendly beach, as such we allow pets if they are well-trained and sleep in a crate. Puppies are not allowed due to the fact that they can have accidents and cause damage. Well-behaved furry friends will be an extra $60 / night / pet. This is one of the only beaches in this area that allow dogs, so have some fun with them and use our outdoor showers to clean them up prior to letting them back in the house. While we have an enclosed deck upstairs, we do not have a gated area for the dog to run freely and go potty. Accordingly, you will need to be vigilant in walking your dog, cleaning up after them and rinsing off the areas that they use to avoid bad smells. brbrGuest Access:brYou'll be able to access everything onsite with the exception of a few locked closets etc. used by the owner.brbrLiability Release Agreement:brBy renting this property, you agree to release the owner from any liability related to activities at Beach Please to include (but not limited to) biking, kayaking, paddleboarding, boogie boarding. The activities carry their own dangers and are the renters responsibility to keep themselves and those around them safe. The home is elevated which provides covered parking with a swing, grill, storage for beach items and a 1/2 bath conveniently located on the beach level. The interior has tiled and wood floors through out as well as granite counter tops in the kitchen and baths. 8 flat screen TV's are scattered though out the house.
