6BR house steps from the beach w POOL.Beach chairs included for high season

The pool was definitely *not* heated as advertised. It didn’t seem as family friendly as described, in our opinion. We had a lot of anxiety with a 4 yr old and 6 yr old getting out of the lower doors as it didn’t have great safety locks available. The bunk bed room also didn’t have a fire alarm hooked up with wires exposed. The view was pretty good of the beach. It was clean enough and had a lot of left over supplies from previous stays. It would have been a perfect fit for college aged people with the cost split. I did not receive any communication from host prior to or after stay. Bathtub does not have a functioning drain plug so our kids did not get a decent bath. The A/C was in good functioning order. All appliances were functioning. In all, we made it work as a family. I would have chosen differently had we known some of the safety issues. Hood value for those that don’t care as much.

We had a lovely time at the house. The pool was delightful. The kitchen had everything we needed for big family meals. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were awesome! It's the little things, lol. Jamie the host was super responsive. I'll be back!

It was absolutely perfect ! Already booked it for next year !!

The house was nice and the beach access was great! The pool needs some updates but overall still very nice to have the pool as an option. The bedrooms are a bit tight but the master was awesome and had balcony access. Also want to note this was one of the best decorated houses my family has stayed in!

The house was great except for finding bedbugs on the day of checkout.

It was Great having both the pool and ocean within walking distance.

Group of 15- friends and family- and we all had a blast. Beautiful facility. We'll be back!

Pros: Great view and the pool is a very nice break from the beach, especially for kids. Beach chairs and umbrellas are also a huge plus.Cons: Kitchen pantry has an incredible amount of junk inside, leaving no room for food. Fridge ice maker did not work and the response from host when notified was basically “sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t”. Not exactly the answer that I was looking for. Finally, there are bats that have taken up residence in either the ceiling of the deck or one of its columns. Found several one morning hanging out in our coolers and inside our kids toy bags. Had a couple exchanges with host, and midweek offered to send video of where they are coming from but never received a response. Disappointing

Great beach house, good location. There are two things you might address. My son and his wife had to clean the skinner basket and pool pump filter. Then they did a back wash. We got a nice clean pool.My wife said, you need a new refrigerator filter. Its not making ice, water flow is weak.

Clean, lots of room, great location!

The house was amazing, clean, and had a great location for the beach & short drives to restaurants. The view of the beach is beautiful. The pool is a great way to end the day after a long time on the beach. Can’t wait to come back to this house in the future!

Perfect location on a quieter section of beach away from condo row. house is very nice and slept 5 couples in individual bedrooms with a bunk room that slept another 5 individuals. Ample bathroom space for the large group.Just a few things to be aware of are that you will need to come with all of your own supplies. There was no trash bags provided, toliet paper is minimal and not suffiecient for a multi night stay with full occupancy. These items are fine, just be aware upfront. Also, internet speed is very slow.these small misses are the items that kept me from giving an overall 5 star review but I would certainly come back.
