Our stay was perfection! We cannot express how wonderful the space was for our large family. We enjoyed the Lagoon, Beach and pool daily! The kitchen amenities and cooking space was so comfortable to work with in meal prep. We used it every meal but one lunch and one dinner!Thank you Charles and housekeeping staff!

This house is amazing! We had 4 generations of over 20 people and there was plenty of room for everyone. The upstairs living room was perfect for the teenagers, the pool was perfect for the little ones , and sitting out on the partially covered deck was perfect for the adults (especially when it rained). There wasn't anything we needed that the house didn't have. We cooked every night inside and grilled outside a few nights also. Midway through the trip the garbage disposal stopped working and they had a repair person there the same afternoon! The bay was perfect to float in and the teenagers and kids hunted for craps almost every night. We had an absolute blast and would recommend this house a thousand times over!

Peaceful, private home with wonderful layout. Everyone loved the pool and the kids really enjoyed both beaches. Our host was very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend!

We brought a large group down for a family/kids spring break trip. This house was absolutely perfect!! It was very clean and had plenty of space for everyone.Each bedroom had its own bathroom, which makes this perfect for multiple families. Everything was perfect for us.

We loved our stay. The house was perfect for our group of nine. The kitchen is wonderfully equipped. The views, especially the sunsets are spectacular. The pool was warm and Charles, the manager was very responsive to all our needs. Wonderful house.

Kitchen was fully equipped. Plenty of room for everyone to sleep. May want to fix the rug under table, it was a tripping hazard to us old people and due to change of weather I guess, the pool wasn’t heated. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Thanks.

Beautiful home! It was perfect for our large family to gather for Thanksgiving. We had a minor issue with a toilet leaking during our stay - although he was notified late at night, the host responded immediately and had it repaired in a timely manner. Would highly recommend this house (and this host) for your next vacation.

The kitchen was well thought out. We had plenty of dishes and having 2 of almost every appliance was good. The host was extremely responsive. My one suggestion would be to change the wording of bedrooms. There are actually 8, not 9. The bunk beds in the open area was being counted as a bedroom. We had to re-think where we were putting everyone once we got there and discovered that. But we made it work. The place is beautiful and well maintained. Super location away from crowds. We had 7 couples and a million (felt like) children. Ages were 1 to 88. Everyone had a blast.

This was such a great property! Highly recommend it!! The kitchen was stocked perfectly with plenty of space. We had 17 people and couldn't have asked for a better spot. I was impressed with the extra bath towels, blankets, books, puzzles and even pool toys provided. An amazing time was had and if you are ever in this area and need a place to stay, book this one. You will not be dissapointed.

This is the perfect home for a large gathering. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare a meal or just order in. The bedrooms are great with bathrooms attached to each. The pool on the 2nd level makes it even more perfect. Even an outdoor kitchen by the pool and coffee bar on the 3rd floor.

This property was wonderful for our whole family to be together for our 50th anniversary celebration. We had 24 people and there was plenty of room for us all.It is well equipped for a large group. The kitchen was designed well with 2 stoves, 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers and even had plenty of dishes to accommodate all! The ice makers were a nice addition too.The location was wonderful with having both the lagoon and the gulf right there to enjoy. Everyone enjoyed the private heated pool as well. It was also close to many restaurants.Charles was great! He always replied right away to any issues or questions.Our whole family loved our stay at “ Eventide” and would love to come back again!

The property was great! We loved how spacious the kitchen was and that every room had its own en-suite bathroom. The kids had a hang out space upstairs. The furnishings are higher end with spacious rooms. 10/10 recommend and will definitely be back!!

What an amazing place! We had 12 adults stay at this gem. We had plenty of space and can’t wait to go back! It is a quick walk to the beach and a short drive to shops and restaurants.

Beautiful clean home well taken care of. There are two additional ice makers (not including the refrigerator/freezer) was a plus. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cups, etc. The only thing thing seemed strange was there were no extras (garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, salt/pepper, spices, aluminum foil, paper towels, etc.) Not a dig at the owner just plan on having everything you need. I would stay here again.

This place was amazing. Beautiful home tons of space for everyone. The coolest upstairs I have ever seen in BNB. Full stocked kitchen. Wonderful balcony. Comfy beds. Excellent host that answered and responded quickly. Great location to fish behind the house or a short walk across the street for a beach day. 10/10 great experience.

This property was amazing for a large family gathering. The house was everything we hoped for. Large comfortable areas for family to be together. The lagoon was more than we expected and we preferred it to the ocean . Very shallow and great for little ones and grown ups as well. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. The house is modern and new which we loved. There is so much to do in Gulf Shores great vacation

Eventide was perfect for our family of 19! Everything was great and Charles was so attentive to the questions I had. Our 11 grandchilren loved the pool, the lagoon and the Gulf. We had several breathtaking sunsets, visible from the deck, and an amazing thunderstorm one evening! The only downside was the heat. No one can help that. Thank you, Charles, for the awesome stay in your beautiful home!

Our family vacation this year was in Gulf Shores. This house was perfect for me, my kids and grandkids, a total of 15. The house is amazing. The kitchen is fully equipped and so nice for our large crew, with two refrigerators and two dishwashers. We did verily little other than enjoy this beautiful home and the pool. Charles the owner was prompt to respond to our questions. He is a great host. Thank your for sharing your beautiful home.

We had an amazing stay at this beach house! The place was spotless upon arrival—very clean and well-maintained. Everything was just as described, and you could tell a lot of care goes into keeping it nice for guests. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach, and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. Charles is great and is great at responding quickly. From start to finish, the entire experience was smooth and enjoyable. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Our family had a great time. The house was plenty big enough with room for everyone. Kitchen was well stocked!!! Traffic was a little bit more (or a lot more) than we’re used to but it did not effect our good time!!! Thank you!!!

Place was Great, short walk to the gulf, Lagoon beach and the pool are perfect if you need a break from Gulf Beach.Very clean and communication with owner was great as well. Highly recommended.

This house was perfect for our family getaway! There were 19 of us and we had everything we needed. Plenty of room to spread out and everyone loved it. With so many of us, we had planned ahead and came prepared to cook every meal and this kitchen has everything we needed. The dual stoves, refrigerators, and dishwashers were so helpful and we loved the outdoor cooking area. Top end appliances and beautiful decor throughout the house. Having an elevator was a major plus! The beach access was challenging for my 82 year old mother but being directly on the lagoon made up for it. Beautiful views from every room in this house. I just can’t say enough great things about it. We loved it and hope to return again in the future!

We stayed at this lovely property with family to celebrate a 70th birthday. The house was perfect for our family of 12! The elevator was a lifesaver with luggage and groceries!Charles was always helpful answering any questions that I had promptly. We all had a great time and highly recommend this property. Just one suggestion to future vacationers, don’t order from Amazon. We left for home still expecting an order that was 4 days overdue from the delivery date. Thank you Charles for having such a wonderful property!!

We enjoyed this house for a second summer in a row. The lagoon and pool access are the best parts of this home. We love watching the kids play from the living room. The kitchen is super well equipped and having a gas grill is an awesome addition. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are all beautifully decorated. We LOVE this home! Charles is an excellent host!

If you want to have an excellent vacation experience this is the place! We stayed here with our 4 adult children, their spouses, our grandkids and close family friends. We had a fabulous week! The house accomodations were outstanding with enough private bedroom suites. Each adult couple had their own comfortable suit with king size beds. The grands loved their bunkroom. The bedroom suites each had a fullsize TV and fabulous showers. The main area was more than adequate to accomodate everyone in the mornings and evenings. The kitchen was made for large groups with the ability to prepare meals. We prefered to eat in rather than deal with a large group at a restaurant. We all chipped in and arranged for a private chef to stay with us. She was definitely impressed with the kitchen accomodations and was able to prepare full meals without any problem. (all the available cookware and utensils were present)We originally thought the pool might be a little small but the grands had so much fun splasing around. the beach access was close enough that we walked to it almost every day. Without hesitation we all agreed that this was the best VRBO any of us had ever used. Don't wait to make your reservation!

This home has it all, and then some. Very clean and well appointed home. Furnishings and bedding are exquisite. The location of home lends itself to a peaceful and tranquil vacation. Beach is literally across street. We enjoyed the tranquilness and view of lagoon. Kids can stay upstairs in their own living space. Linens were plentiful and kitchen had every imaginable gadget. We stayed mid-May, pool did not need to be heated. Owner very communicative prior to stay, easy check in. Had zero issues for our stay. Will definitely stay again.

This home was in a great location. It was the perfect size for the group we had. The lagoon was right off the back deck and the Gulf was across the street out front. It had everything we needed as well!

This property is everything it was listed to be and more. The house is absolutely breathtaking and very clean. The view of the lagoon from the balcony is second to none and every bedroom had a beautiful view right out the window. This house was exactly what we needed for our stay in Orange Beach!

This house was incredible, we had 19 people together in this home and not one time did we feel cramped. It is a very open space and views were amazing! Everything was super clean and communication with the property mgr was awesome! We loved everything about the property!

Beautiful home. Perfect location. Quiet and relaxing but also close enough to area hotspots with just a short drive. The pictures listed are exactly what you get. Would stay again in a heart beat!

This is my second time staying at this property. The first trip was with my family and I knew this would be a fantastic place for a girl's trip. Just like my previous experience at this rental, the owner was very responsive to any questions we had during our stay. Everyone in my group thoroughly enjoyed having their own room with private bathroom. Having the lagoon in the backyard was fabulous especially when the wind was blowing out of the south. We paid for pool heat which was great since the gulf waters were still a little too cold for us. We had such a great time and loved the property that we are already planning a return trip next year! Highly recommend this property for a family or friends beach vacation!

We had 28 of us. My husband and I , our 5 kids and 5 spouses, and 16 grandchildren. They all loved it! They loved to go fishing in the lagoon and wave surfing in the Gulf! My family and I enjoyed our stay at this property!!! We were amazed at the ambiance and the short distance to rhe beaches, as we had one in rhe back yard and the other across the street. The things that were concerning the owner took care of them quickly. Excellent stay, property, and owner.

Had an incredible weekend in Gulf Shores. Accommodations were excellent and location was quiet but stores easily accessible. Kitchen completely stocked and loved having two refrigerators, ovens, and dishwashers. We did a lot of cooking! Everyone had a bed and the gathering space was big enough for games, guitars, and lots of laughs! Thanks!

Excellent house and location. Easy to find with the sign at the end of the driveway. Very spacious with great view of the lagoon. Can also see the gulf from the corner of the balcony and south side rooms. Access to the gulf beach is convenient right across the street. The kids loved the top floor and the pool. The owner had really good communication and took the time to ensure we had a great week.

There were 12 of us, adult friends and family, who made our first trips to the coast of Alabama. the house is beautifully decorated and perfect for folks who ALL want their own bathroom. We spent a lot of time on the back deck. Bring your own shampoo - none there.

Housekeeping needs to improve. Hair in drawers and sheets on some beds were discolored. Ceiling lights and fans had dust build up.

We had a fantastic time. Eventide was so nice and equipped with everything you needed and in good condition. Found plenty to do for our group of 21. Can not stress how important it was to have two refrigerators, stoves and dishwashers. Plan to visit again.
