Herein Beautiful bright 6BR beach house, very large, 2700 sq. ft. Best location, overlooking the Gulf direct access to 13th St. beach. Direct ocean views from most rooms, large 30' balconies. Great appointments, large kitchen, granite, stainless, tile throughout. Master king and queen bedrooms have balconies overlooking the gulf. Most beds are memory foam. House has a large, 21'x40' shared pool behind. We also have a splash pad/water park next to the love it . Home has a large, enclosed out door shower, a barbecue grill and picnic table. There are 6 televisions, one big screen in the living area, the others in 5 of the bedrooms. All TVs have Roku and Hulu. Ample parking, you have at least 4 spots and since we are a corner location there is a lot of off street parking Location is perfect, we are just 2 miles from the center of town but away from the hi rises. Just a few steps to the beach. Our beach is enormous, a wide swath of white, crystal sand. Close activities include swimming, boating, surfing, jet ski parasailing, etc. I have a 7 night minimum in summer, typically, 5 nights in spring and fall and 3 in winter, but at times I can be flexible with minimum stay requirements--check with me.

Deck Yup, covered and uncovered. We literally have you covered, when it comes to a deck! And its private to the two sides of our duplex, not shared with anyone else in the area! Heatable too! Added a propane gas pool heater, so YES the pool is heatable to a maximum of 82-84' (the high side of recommended rec pool temps) to take the chill off! This service is by request in advance with a nightly surcharge that varies by season and is per night for length of stay (the 12 month range has been $65-85 depending on season) gas is expensive right now, this does not actually recoup the cost!). Simply request the pool be heated any time after making the reservation and any time up to at least a few days before check in so we can get it on before you arrive. See our FAQ about heatable pools too. The pool is beachside, in the sun, with an expansive deck area around it, PLUS a nice shaded and sheltered area to escape the heat, right under the home. The master bedroom has a dedicated bathroom, king bed, and oceanfront view. The guest bedroom also has an oceanfront view with a king bed. The living room sits in the middle of the two master bedrooms, and all share an oversized deck that overlooks the ocean. The deck is surrounded by white sand and is very spacious with plenty of room to take in the ocean breeze and enjoy the sun. Stairs from the deck will lead you to the waters edge that you'll discover is the perfect distance from your beach house. The 3rd bedroom has newly built in bunk beds, a full over full bunk and a twin over twin bunk. The living room has an open feel to it because of the large windows and 25 foot ceiling that also covers the upstairs loft. The picture windows and patio door provide a beautiful view of the water and it gives you the opportunity to keep an eye on the little ones while sitting indoors. The loft allows more space to spread out and it contains a queen size bed and futon as well. The home has five tv's, two of which are brand new smart tv's, so streaming video through netflix, hulu, or amazon is easy, just remember to log out prior to your departure. The location of this property is ideal, as it is under a mile to the nearest restaurant/bar, Tacky Jacks 2, easily within walking distance. Under the house is unique in that the surrounding sand dunes offer protection from the sun and wind. the large concrete decking underneath is a perfect area for kids to ride scooters while the adults enjoy the shade.
