We absolutely loved staying here!! We brought our 3 adult kids and their families with us, a total of 15. We had 3 grandchildren ages 11, 10, & 7, with two of them having birthdays while we were there! We rented both sides, had 5 cars and plenty of space for parking on the drive. We really used the space under the house, even if it wasn’t raining. Our one rain day it saved us: we could all gather outside, eat, play games and visit without getting wet. We used the charcoal grill and enjoyed. Check in was so easy! The rooms were great. Although we didn’t cook a bunch, the kitchen had what utensils or pans we needed. The pool was clean and wonderful with a large deck where there was room for everyone. The location is great for walking to the beach if you want. We also enjoy that it is not in the middle of the traffic area but easy enough to all of the restaurants and stores. We got there a bit early. Ray, who is in charge of the cleaning is friendly and kind. We enjoyed talking to him and he encouraged us to call him if we needed something!The owner, Lorraine, is a jewel. She responds quickly, is very helpful and accommodating. We are in hopes of staying there next year and highly recommend.

Great house!

Rooms were clean and host was awesome about sending property manager to check on the pool gate. Parking was good for 5 cars. Loved walking to the beach or playing by the pool as well as using the grill and just overall felt comfortable in the rooms! Would stay again

Great place to stay.

Everything was as described in the listing and convenient for the area.

The place was perfect for a family of 12! Very spacious. It was less than a half mile to the beach. Pool was amazing for the kids! The kitchen provided everything to be able to cook dinner every night of our stay. We did have some issues with cleanliness but overall, it was a good trip and would stay again.

The house was perfect for 3 families on a beach vacation.

Enjoyed the stay. only issues were there were coffee grounds still in the coffee maker in the B unit and the kitchen counter in the A unit had a piece of coral on it that stunk to high heaven. everything else seemed good. nice to have our own pool.

The house has plenty of room for everyone. Where it's 2 sides so everyone is not together all the time. The pool is amazing and it was nice not to have to share it with a lot of people. You could float around in it early in the morning or late late at night. The owner was easy to get in touch with. We really enjoyed our vacation and would stay here again.

Locatiin is great. Each side of the duplex was perfect. Great for a family. My daughter and her family had their own place but we were still all together. Short walk to the beach, short ride to all the places in town. Having the pool there was wonderful. My grandsons (15, 16 & 4) were in it everyday.

Beautiful house that held our group of 11 easily. 6 minute walk to beach on 12 th st or can drive to 13 th st and pay to park if desired. Kids loved the private pool as well. Lorraine, the host, replied quickly to any questions we had. Highly recommend this location!

Very clean and the pool was beautiful all weekend long! Can’t wait for our next vacation would definitely book here again! 10/10
