The beach is usually not crowded with the exception of the summer holidays. Parking is below the unit on the ground level. Guests are welcome to use the gazebo, grills and picnic tables. When walking out of the condominium door and down the stairs, you are only a few short steps to the white sandy beach. br Only 2 vehicles are allowed. The first vehicle must pull up as far as possible in the parking area, the second vehicle must pull up behind the first vehicle. The vehicles may not protrude past the walkway. br Guests can walk across the street to a convenience store, restaurant, seafood market and ice cream parlor. br This condo is beach side. This condo is not ocean front and it does not have a deck/balcony. The condo is on the first floor of condos and near the middle of the east building. We do have views of the gulf from each bedroom.br Beach chairs and beach towels are not included, however Suncoast Beach Rentals is set up on the beach directly in front of our neighboring complex to the East.

We are thrilled to start with this new property directly on the beach with Gulf Front Direct View. brbrRoyal Palms is located right on the beach. When I first walked into unit 702 on the 7th floor I couldn’t believe it. The beautiful Gulf of Mexico was staring at me and looked so huge. You feel like you can’t stop yourself from just staring. And staring. And staring some more. There is no question that there will be a lot of balcony time for peaceful reflection. Admiring God’s creation. There will be those sunrises and sunsets. That first cup of coffee. That late afternoon nap. Watching others up and down the beach having fun is all a part of it. But it is your beach too so you will have this great big beach to enjoy. We even have the Gulf Shores 1500’ long pier just to the east of us to walk over to. brbr**The Cleaning Fee shown includes 1 parking pass** A 2nd pass can be purchased for $60 at the guard shack and is good for the entire stay. brbrOur condo is a 1 bedroom, 2 bath unit. Paula & Mike have done upgrades to their new condo that will make it feel refreshed and special. New furnishings. New flooring. We have a King bed in the bedroom. We have built- in bunks in the hallway for the kids. There is a sofa sleeper in the living room too. The kitchen is fully outfitted so you will not have to bring your kitchen from home to enjoy your time here. Did I mention there is free wifi Yep, there is free wifi. Oh yeah, there are 2 elevators just in case you wondered. brbrRoyal Palms will be a place that you can enjoy your whole day there if you like. There is the outdoor pool but also a heated indoor pool. And, yay, there is a hot tub too. We have charcoal grills here too for those cook-out nights. On the 2nd floor is a sauna, steam room and exercise room. But the highlight is the beach right here. No long walk. Walk out the back and you are there.brbr Gulf Shores is such a fun city to visit. Not too big and not too small. We have a lot of the newest and latest but keep a lot of the old beach town feel. Gulf Shores is definitely a family-friendly destination with so many things within walking distance. You will be surprised how walking, running and biking friendly we are. Kids always love the location since we are close to The Hangout and to the local stores. We have a number of restaurants nearby.brbrWhy do people keep coming back to Gulf Shores Still has the small-town beach feel. Still a family-oriented city. Still the best Seafood restaurants anywhere. The incredibly white beaches that are so wide simply are beyond description until you see it yourself. Plenty of unique shopping places in Gulf Shores. All the familiar chain restaurants and stores are bordering Gulf Shores in Foley. Nighttime fun for families. Going to The Hangout during the day or night is a blast.
