Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

    View was nice. We got this because it stated it was a 3 bedroom. It was a 2 bedroom with a small office room with a pullout couch shoved in the room. There was 7 of us staying and we only had 4 towels In the condo. I would not recommend staying here if you are looking for a true 3 bedroom condo.

    Liked the property a lot. Nice views, right beside Sea N Suds, splash pad was lots of fun for the kiddos, the other pools were great. The stay/room was pretty good overall. The pull out couch in the living room was broken on the bottom. The only complaints I have is that the elevators were a little crammed (but not too bad, we didn’t mind the wait 5 minutes tops) and on the way out we had a ticket on our window saying we double parked and we didn’t. That seemed like a scam to make some extra money… Overall though, the stay was nice.

    Enjoyed a short stay on the water. We would definitely stay at this condo again. Only downfall to the complex was the elevator. Literally had to wait an hour to be able to get on the elevators at checkout time. The elevators were crowded with housekeeping and their supply as well as maintenance. This prevented those trying to leave the complex from being able to board the elevators. I was not the only individual put into this predicament. This had nothing to do with our condo just the complex itself. I think they need to wait till 1030 or 11 before the facility starts using the elevators For linen transport and other maintenance and housekeeping. It was very inconvenient when trying to leave.

    The living room couch and chair were not comfortable, also need more seating for our group of 4 adults and 2 kids.There was blood on pillowcase and bedding.Not nearly enough bedding, because the comforters are paper thin! Also when we first arrived, our bathroom had a sewer smell.

    Cons: One couple slept on a broken futon rigged with the couch cushions where the padded part faced down instead of up making it uneven. That's in a small office sized room that they couldn't even keep their luggage in or walk with the pull out open. The curtain rod in living room was ready to fall all week. The drains in the master bathroom both had something broke off in them. Husband managed to clear the sink one enough to stop it from backing up. Tub wasn't an issue since we all did showers and it drained fine. Pro: the view, an actually laundry room and a share box for beach stuff. The size of the 2 actually bedrooms and bathrooms.

    The condo itself was great. The day before we left KY I received a text about the parking garage going under construction. There was a lot of noise sitting at the pool from the parking garage. Which I had asked weeks before we booked if there were any planned construction being done. Of course at that time it hadn't been scheduled I guess. The elevators were slow due to said construction but nothing that we couldn't wait for. The grills were completely uprooted and replaced and we were told they would be ready by end of week in which I had bought steaks to grill and ended up throwing $30 worth of meat in the trash because they weren't ready. Bummer! Communication was great the entire time. There are a couple small suggestions I would like to make to the owners of things I think would be a nice touch for guests but nothing that was actually NEEDED. I would definitely book this condo and with this owner again. I am not picky but can only afford a once per year vacay like this so I do like to at least get what I pay for. Please let someone know the maintenance guy Steve was AMAZING and so kind and helpful! He definitely deserves good pay and a good raise! Thanks for having us. I enjoyed my stay overall!

    We were under the impression there was 2 king beds and there was 1 king bed with 1 full bed. The other room is a closet they have converted over. Whatever toilet paper, towels and trash bags they give you is all you get you are not able to get anymore. The pools are very small for a condominium with 20 floors so they are jam packed always.
