BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

DOG-FRIENDLY PROPERTIES: If you are staying at a dog-friendly property, you MUST notify us and pay a non-refundable dog deposit. Failure to do so will result in us charging your card for the entire amount authorized for damage.

MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

PARKING PASSES: 2 - The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

    Our family of 12 had a wonderful week enjoying this beautiful condo. My only suggestions would be to provide the renters with 4 elevator keys as 2 for 12 people created a HUGE inconvenience. And every other unit we talked to were provided with 4 elevator and door keys. Everything else was perfect! We highly recommend as long as 4 keys are provided.

    Property was just as advertised but called maintenance on a ice machine that did not work and slow running toilets. They never showed up. Also, a pest control person came in the morning unannounced to spray. He got into the property and then asked if anyone was home. In addition, one of the back bedrooms stays hotter than all the rest. We paid a lot of money to rent this property and you would expect not to have these problems.

    What a wonderful condo! This is the most well-stocked condo we have ever stayed in. There is nothing in the kitchen that you will need. Lots of plates, dishes and utensils. It would have been nice to have one or two more access cards. When you have a large group some want to come and go at different times to the beach. Only having two cards did pose a problem sometimes.

    The property was amazing, more than enough room, very clean. We had some glitches with a bad electrical outlet impairing the large TV in great room, we notified property rental and they responded timely. Streaming services were available on all other TV’s, just couldn’t get basic cable.

    The condo was beautiful and so functional. We had 12 adults and an infant and had so much space. Location was perfect and the beach never seemed too crowded. We had a few issues with the dishwasher and sink leaking but the property manager handled them. Can’t wait to come back.

    This please is amazing and huge. Our whole family went and we all still had plenty of privacy. AC was great we could all control our own air. The view was breath taking. We will definitely rent this place again. I would love to meet the owners. They made beautiful picture out of their original photographs. I loved all the special touches.

    We loved staying in this condo! Perfect for our family of 11. Bedrooms on one side helped with privacy in the mornings when the younger children were up early. Would definitely stay again!
