I can provide additional pictures of the building and its amenities, if you would like.brbrDo not confuse 'Crystal Shores West' with the older building called 'Crystal Shores'.... or with the Crystal Tower (which is located across the street from the beach).brWhen you compare other units in Crystal Shores West please note that mine has custom drapes, upgraded stainless appliances and flooring, tray ceilings in the kitchen and bathroom, crown molding, new sea colored area rug, and a fun beachy theme. It is 1,100 square feet of comfort! There are 4 floors of covered parking beneath, and best of all located on the 4th floor, giving quick access to put you right onto the beach, yet high enough for fantastic views of the beautiful blue water and white sand, along with great viewing of dolphin, rays and other sea-life. brbrYou will be so pleased with the comfy atmosphere that greets you. I update my condo every 6 months, so it looks and feels new and fresh! Bed Bath and Beyond is a favorite of mine! The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need if you want to cook. There is a new crock pot, hand mixer, nice matching china and glasses and wine glasses. Nice matching everyday plates and silverware. Full sets of pans, pots and bowls. Stainless cuisinart coffee maker and toaster. We make sure it is all high end ready for your every whim! I now am on the board of the building and just moved down to the beach full-time. So the condo is my baby. I spend great attention to cleaning and re-decorating. I just put in new ceramic walk-ins in both bathroom showers.The master has a shower tower with spa jets, waterfall, rain-head and hand-held features. Great seats to relax. We buy new bedding, adding a new posture-pedic king bed in the guest room and added 2 great loungers on the balcony, along with 4 high back rockers. We also manage to find lots of great beach time, boating and golf for ourselves. Paradise!! The weather is gorgeous, as are the beaches. It was always so hard to leave, that I finally decided to make it my permanent home! brbrThe view of the water and beaches is breathtaking, and is visible from the living room, dining area, kitchen and master bedroom!! Just step onto the balcony and look for miles up and down the beautiful white beaches and turquoise blue waters. The guest bedroom has a view of the lagoon on the north side of the building, which is awesome also.br brOur new condo is a comfortable retreat. We now have many many more sports, movie and sirius music channels on the 3 flat screen tvs, due to a cable upgrade for the complex. Both bedrooms have king beds, each with upgraded bedding that not only looks great but sleep great too. Each have a high quality mattress that gives you the great sleep we all want when on vacation. brbrIt is one of the few units with stainless steel appliances (refrigerator has in the door ice/water), and upgraded flooring (beautiful tile throughout!) We added under cabinet lighting that is great when cooking or just for ambiance.brbrWe made sure to provide the little niceties we look for when travelling; a well equipped kitchen, beach towels and toys, beach chairs and an umbrella, cleaners, folding chairs, etc. (all to make packing easier and save you time and money). brbrIt has a great location on the 4th floor, so there is quick and easy access to the beach, pools, gym and game room. There is an indoor pool with a swim-through to the outdoor pool, which the kids love. We have a great hot tub outside that looks out toward the beach. The Beach Club Resort and Spa is the gulf coasts' ONLY destination resort (meaning guests do not have to leave the property for their entire visit). Any necessities required such as meals, other daily groceries, activities and entertainment, can all be attained within the walking distance of the buildings on site. Upon entering the property, the Village Market area is at the right which includes the sales center, conference campus, grocery market, casual Market Grille restaurant, Coffee and Cones Diner, and the gift shop/ boutique. After checking in, guests will pass through the gated entrance and pass the picnic and playground pavilion with BBQ grills and tables on the right. Immediately past that is the tennis courts and stadium area. At the end of the main road is the resort where the 4 towers and clubhouse are located, approximately 2 miles off of Ft. Morgan Road. The Bristol tower is to the left immediately adjacent to the clubhouse. For an additional daily activity fee, guests are invited to use the amenities located in the clubhouse including the game room, fitness room and indoor pool. This is also where the Pelican Bar and Restaurant as well as the Spa can be found.brbrGuests take the elevator in the Bristol tower to the 8th floor and enter unit# 805 located in the center of the building.
