The TV stand is stocked with family friendly games that are perfect for rainy days or nights spent inside. The living room features a sliding door that leads you to the private balcony. Enjoy your morning coffee here with a view of the water and sounds of the waves. A deck box allows for storage of your beach toys. brbrA small hallway off of the living room will lead you to 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. brThe master bedroom has a new king size bed and private balcony access. The condo is located on the first floor and is accessed via exterior stairs. There is a hose hookup and rinsing station under the unit. There is no elevator. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent on the beach. A short walk through the complex parking lot will lead you to the newly renovated, Heated beachside pool and gate for private beach access.
