LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!! Tropic Isles is a gulf front, low density (only 40 total units), family-oriented complex located on the beach at the heart of Gulf Shores.

We are located approximately .3 miles west of Hwy 59 T and the public beach area which means you will be within walking distance of Bahama Bob's, The Hangout, Pink Pony Pub, restaurants, and souvenir shops. If you don't mind jumping in the car, you are minutes away from Gulf State Pier, Orange Beach, Flora-Bama, The Wharf and Amphitheater, zoo, golf courses, marinas, Fort Morgan, ferry to Dauphin Island, dolphin tours or a short drive north on Hwy 59 to the Outlet Mall for shopping.

Tropic Isles #402 is a one bedroom, 1 1/2 bath unit with crew bunks in the hallway. There is a pocket door which provides privacy to the bunks and bedroom from the kitchen and living area should you desire. Two Flat Screen TVs, free Wi-Fi. Fully furnished kitchen with updates to counter tops and appliances in Spring 2017, new cabinets 2019, new bathroom updates and remodeled bunk area 2022. Stack Washer/Dryer. This unit is perfect for a small family or a couple needing a quiet get away. All balconies overlook the seasonally heated pool and enjoy a direct view of the Gulf.

The Tropic Isles complex is well maintained and offers great amenities for its guests such as beach side pool (for the kids who can't decide which is more fun), outdoor shower, charcoal grilling area, bathrooms near the pool area, supper easy access to the beach (short distance from elevator and pool) all without the crowded feeling you often have with the larger high-rise accommodations. On-site parking (limited handicapped parking) with ample carts for transporting belongings to the elevator.

    The view and location were perfect and walking distance to shops, food, beach access, etc. furnished very well, and decor was very nice. would stay again in the future. only complaint would be the cleanliness of the master bathroom floor and around the outside of the bottom of the tub. Everything else was wonderful! Thank you.

    Property is just a shown. Right on beach front with excellent view and very short walk to beach. Pool was clean and had bathroom nearby. We enjoyed our stay.

    Check-in was seamless! The view is what makes this condo amazing. The location is wonderful too as it’s close walking distance to so much and places to eat. Traffic can be challenging and so can parking at the restaurants, so it was nice to walk.The cleanliness I would give a 3/5. Floors were pretty dirty and we had issues with the dryer for the first 3 days we were there. Lori(Property Manager) was amazing to deal with and very responsive!! I think the cleaning crew could do a better job and it appears they do the bare minimum. Dishes had been left in the dishwasher for 2 days after they were cleaned which caused mold to grow on the cutting board in the dishwasher. All in all, it was the cleaning crew for not giving this condo a 5/5.

    This was a great condo! Perfect size for the 3 of us! Walking distance to local restaurants, right on the beach, pool was nice too! View from the balcony was amazing!

    Our family greatly enjoyed our stay. The space was nicely decorated and had most everything we needed facility wise. I HIGHLY recommend the area and the walk ability to nearby restaurants and shops. The areas of need identified are a new manual or electric can opener, a broom and dust pan and most of all- a new mattress and springs for the bedroom. I think Godzilla jumped on the middle of the bed. I slept on the couch two nights due to back ache. This condo gets a solid 4/5 for me. I would stay there again IF the bed were fixed.

    Right within walking distance to plenty of shops, restaurants, beach access, clean well-kept pool. Location was perfect. Really enjoyed our get away. Unit is probably due for some updates but worked fine for our stay.

    I stayed at this condo for a week in June for a girls trip. The condo is in great location and walking distance from a lot of shops/restaurants. The condo was clean and as pictured. The view of the beach is great from the balcony and is a short walk from the condo. Lori was great; informative, kind, and replied quickly. I will be looking to stay here again in the future!
