We are directly across a 2 lane road from beach at the famous 13th street beach access. When you step out of your door, you are literally a one minute walk to the pristine beaches. A beautiful beach view can be seen right from your balcony. You can relax on your covered porch and read a book, watch your children swim in the pool, or enjoy a refreshing drink while feeling the ocean breeze as you soak in the sights of the water. Below the unit is an open air, covered deck where you can hang out, cook out on condo grills or just chill. We have a great picnic table under our unit where you can enjoy your meals.
