Stayed Jul 18, 2025This is a wonderful condo at Emerald Lane. My high school daughter commented that this may be the nicest condo she has ever stayed in. It was very easy to communicate with the owners prior to and during the stay. We played Kiva Dunes golf course which was 5 minutes away and very convenient to get to as well. The showers in all three bedrooms were amazing as well. Very easy to access the pool and beach areas. There are 4 elevators and even during peak times there was only a limited wait if any. If you need a 3 BR/3 BA in this area, I assure you won’t regret selecting this property.

The property was immaculate and beautifully decorated, creating a welcoming atmosphere for our family. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the amenities enhanced the comfort. The beds were very comfortable and we had plenty of room!The location was fantastic, offering stunning views, close proximity to the beach, and walking distance to the food trucks on the property. Charles, the property owner was responsive and courteous, providing clear check-in and check-out information!This beautiful property is highly recommended, and a return visit to Fort Morgan at The Beach Club is anticipated. Stayed May 24, 2025We had a wonderful stay at the Tuttle’s Beach Club condo. The condo was clean and well stocked. The owners were very communicative and super nice. They responded quickly to all calls/texts and made the whole process very easy. We always live staying out at Ft Morgan and will definitely try to stay at this condo again.
