Welcome to Lake living at Lake Mohawksin Shores!brbrMulti-unit is settled at the end of Hickey Ave on a large peninsula with plenty of room for parking and outside activities. Just a few outside features include two private docks, 400 ft of frontage, a spacious yard, and a deck with a lake view. brbrThis spacious four-bedroom upper and lower unit sleeps 14, and we also have an additional unit with one bed, and one bath available separately. They are decorated in a modern Northwoods style. 105 Upper unit: consists of a queen bed with patio door leading out to the lakeside deck, Bed 2: queen and single, a double futon couch. Lower unit: consists of a queen bed with patio door leading out to the lakeside deck, Bed 2: queen and single, a double pullout couch. Both upper and lower have great inside features, including a spacious living and dining room area, TV, and full baths. A swimming area, firepit, multiple docks, kitchen towels, bed linens, extra pillows, and blankets are provided. The bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and a hairdryer. The kitchen contains dinnerware, utensils, cookware, a coffee maker, reusable food containers, water bottles, and pantry items. A grill and dining set can be found outside — each dining room table seats six, plus a large breakfast bar. brIn the evening, relax around the fire or take a short walk down the road to Castaways Bar and Grill, a local bar and restaurant with a great view of the beauty of Lake Mohawksin (and the paper mill). Lake Mohawksin Shores are also located 1.3 miles from downtown Tomahawk, with food, shopping, and entertainment opportunities during the day. Unwind in this year-round lakefront home on a secluded bay in northern Wisconsin. This home has three bedrooms (plus third floor loft with two twin beds) so easily sleeps 8, and has three and a half baths. Two roll-away beds are also accessible on site. There is an open concept kitchen and living area with bonus downstairs living/rec room. The home equipped with central AC and heat, 2-car garage and laundry room. brbrFish off the dock, enjoy the northwoods from the wrap-around porch, or start a campfire right by the lake. Included are a fishing boat with small motor, fishing poles and tackle, canoe, and kayak. Please note swimming off of the dock is possible, but NOT optimal as the bay is shallow and weedy. We usually float away from shore on tubes or swim off of the pontoon. brbrOur pontoon boat is available for an additional fee ($100/night or $500 per week). It’s a 20-foot “Suntanner” pontoon, 2000 model with 10-person seating, 60hp motor, padded sun deck and sun canopy. brbrThe home is 4 miles from downtown Tomahawk (or 20 minutes by boat!). Although you are not on the water you can enjoy the beauty of it as it can be seen out your window and from sitting on the deck or by the firepit. Enjoy the lake and all it has to offer as you are just under half mile from the Nokomis Drive boat landing.brThe property has 3 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms upstairs 1 has queen bed and other a full bed. Downstairs there is a large bedroom with queen bed and an attached full bathroom, in addition there is also a futon pullout in a quaint room adjacent to the bedroom. There are full bathrooms on each floor and a washer and dryer in the basement. In summer you can escape the heat of the day as the home has central Air Conditioning. The kitchen and family room has the open concept and the kitchen is fully equipped with a Keurig and the essential items needed to make your meals and to enjoy your beverages. There is a large paved firepit (split firewood and folding bag chairs included) to enjoy on a beautiful summer or fall nights while enjoying a campfire and enjoy your favorite Smore (marshmallow skewers include). In the event of some shower there is a screened in three season gazebo with a light and fan to escape and still enjoy the outdoors. There is also a deck with a picnic table and chairs where you can enjoy views of Lake Nokomis. A heated garage has been converted into an additional gathering area which includes a bar and lounging space and has racks to hold your helmets. There are various board games also provided. brThere is parking to accommodate four bed ATV / Snowmobile trailers or boats. There is a carport as well. brLocation! Access Lake Nokomis via the Nokomis Drive boat landing which less than a half mile from the property. Jump on your UTV or ATV right outside the front door and directly access the UTV/ATV trail system. The Bear Skin trail is close by to enjoy for walking, biking, or snowmobiling. In winter you have direct access to snowmobile trail system via Lake Nokomis. Many of Wisconsin’s best fishing lakes within an easy drive for a day trip. Tomahawk is 7 miles away, Minocqua is 25 miles north, Wausau and the Granite Peak ski hill are 50 miles to the south. The Nokomis area has several Pub and Grubs as well as fine dining and of course the ice cream shop open in the summer on Lake Nokomis. br
