Stayed Aug 2, 2025Our host Laurie was very accommodating, easy check-in and out, if I had questions she got right back to me. She recommended some very nice restaurants to go to and we tried a few of them and they were great. Steak at Pine Tree Supper Club was awesome. The house was very clean and so cozy, it was the right size for our group of 6 but has much more room for up to 12 people. The kitchen is a good size and equipped with what we needed, we loved the coffee bar area. Each morning we enjoyed our coffee on the deck watching eagles and hearing the loons. Lake Nokomis is a Great Lake for fishing, swimming at some of the sand bars or stopping at one of the places on the lake for lunch. We would definitely book this place again. Stayed Jun 16, 2025We had a lovely week at the lake. The home was in a beautiful location, it was clean and welcoming, the lake was perfect for fishing, watersports and relaxing, and there's plenty to do in the area. Our only issue was the AC (or lack thereof). The listing listed AC among the top amenities, but we arrived to discover there was not actually any AC in the house. It was fine for most of the week, but the last two days were super hot and we were quite uncomfortable. The fact that was misrepresented in the listing was super disappointing, as we had small children who were extremely uncomfortable at night in the hot cabin.

Stayed Sep 12, 2024Everything was wonderful except the hiccup in the check in process. Somehow we never received a code to check in but the property owner helped us as soon as we contacted her so it worked out.

Stayed Aug 30, 2023We loved our stay here! Beautiful views, cozy home, any and all amenities you need. We grilled burgers, steaks, and brats out on the deck, rented a boat and kept it at the dock, had fires in the nice fire pit, and enjoyed seeing so many stars on the clear nights. The host Laurie was very accommodating and communicative. 10/10, will try to book again!
