Restaurants, coffee shop, and bars are within walking distance and dedicated hosts nearby to make sure your stay is exceptional. My partner and I own a real estate business on the lower level. We come and go throughout the week and you may see us on the patio. We respect privacy and guests have their own private balcony, however you are more than welcome to use the patio.brThe living room sofa converts into a bed close to queen size.brOur space is not suitable for small children. The stairs entering the apartment are a little steep, and the steps are a tad narrow. Please keep this in mind prior to booking. Anyone with mobility problems might consider a different space. There is a handrail, and the stairwell is illuminated. This is an older building built in 1890.

On the main floor are 3 bedrooms with a queen bed in each and two full bathrooms each with a tub and shower. In addition, the kitchen is fully equipped with island dining. The spacious living room has tons of natural light and contains a 50 Smart TV connected to WiFi allowing access to streaming services but no cable or local channels. The home is not baby-proofed but pack 'n plays can be provided when requested. There is central air conditioning. In the basement, guests have access to a washer and dryer.brbrGarage parking is NOT available.brbrVideo Surveillance: – As of 04/16/2023, the property has surveillance cameras outside of the main house only to check for arrivals and departures for housekeeping services.
