It is 1800 sq ft home, a quiet privacy front and back yard with tree shade, firepit, burning wood, picnic tables, relax and enjoy the nature.

Getting around is easy when you are right off of I-41. It's about a 10 minute drive from plenty of shopping and food options, about 15 minutes from Children's Hospital, Milwaukee County Zoo, American Family Field, and State Fair Grounds, and a 20 minute drive from downtown Milwaukee.

After guests make their way up the winding 150 ft drive way, entry will be through the front door using a lock box attached to the door knob. This house has been recently renovated to highlight calming sunset views from the west-facing large windows in the living room and open concept kitchen space. On the main floor are 3 bedrooms with a queen bed in each and two full bathrooms each with a tub and shower. In addition, the kitchen is fully equipped with island dining. The spacious living room has tons of natural light and contains a 50 Smart TV connected to WiFi allowing access to streaming services but no cable or local channels. The home is not baby-proofed but pack 'n plays can be provided when requested. There is central air conditioning. In the basement, guests have access to a washer and dryer.

Garage parking is NOT available.

Video Surveillance: – As of 04/16/2023, the property has surveillance cameras outside of the main house only to check for arrivals and departures for housekeeping services. They are located outside of the front entrance, back entrance, and rear garage entrance.

The cameras are NOT monitored and are NOT continuously recording. Their recordings are motion triggered and used to resolve incidents that may arise. This video footage is not shared and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in the public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund. The full deposit will be forfeited if any of the above are found. You will also be asked to leave the property immediately without any money returned.


Guests will have access to the entire house. However, garage parking is not available. The garage door is locked, but the garage space itself is available for storage. Vehicles will not be able to enter the garage.


Self check in time is anytime after 3PM.

Check out is by 11AM. Please be prompt .
