Newly Renovated Full Family House in Bayview!

The property is as advertised, pictures seem recent, nice decor, clean, overall very nice. The location is very central, everything seemed 10-15 mins, downtown, airport, Harley museum etc. Check in was a little late, 4pm, although we were allowed in earlier at 3pm. The neighborhood is a little industrial but we had no issues or noise and walked to the restaurants on the main street without issues. We had a couple of questions but the owner was quick to respond.

The home is nicely renovated and lovely. Great lighting, ceiling fans and air conditioning made the stay comfortable and welcoming! Ways to improve : purchase more quality cutlery Supply more hand towels and wash Cloths Supply dishwasher soap Supply dishcloths and kitchen towels Handrails up the stone steps in front Back patio needs workThe lack of these items did not ruin our time because we made it work with what we had. Other people might not be as tolerant.

Clean, spacious, and modern. Some local construction, but quiet after 5/6pm. Overall a great value. Would definitely stay again.

Really enjoyed our time here. Convenient location to get around Milwaukee. Cute, older, mature neighborhood, but this home has been updated literally from top to bottom. Kitchen and bathrooms are amazing. Great amenities. Felt like home. Kind and responsive host. Would be happy to return.

the place matches the pictures. it has a lot of promise, but there is much to be improved. it feels like this is a new rental with an inexperienced owner. again, the place is not bad. these were the items that we encountered: we were given the checkin information 30 minutes after checkin. we were given the wifi information 4 hours and 30 minutes after check in. the lights in all rooms were in the fans, but only 3 of the 5 fans had remotes which meant 1 bedroom and the living room didn't have light. the 3 bedrooms with remotes were able to have lights, but at 2:20am, all 3 bedrooms were surprised by the lights turning on out of the blue. thus, most of us didn't have a good night's sleep as we were woken up and ahd to figure out how to turn off the lights in the middle of the night. the cleaning crew was not good as we found napkins, snack trash, toys, and coffee cups laying around the house. the worst was the pubic hair on the bar of soap in the master bedroom. again, the place has a lot of promise, and the location is good. the owner seemed nice, but definitely did not put in the effort required to have a rental. i'd try this in a year if you see improvements were made.

Beautifully renovated house with all the comforts of home. Everything that we needed for a 2 night trip to Milwaukee. Spacious open kitchen, dining room and living area that worked great for our group of 6. It was a wonderful surprise to find out that in the 4th bedroom, the futon was replaced with a double bed. Juan was quick to respond to all of our questions. We would definitely stay there again when in Milwaukee.

Wonderful stay for graduation

The property was nicely renovated. Very comfortable except for the AC unit. The property was not cleaned when we checked in. Did not receive code until after check in time. Place lacked spare toilet paper and garbage bags and the AC unit was very hard to adjust to the heat. Host and owner showed up shortly after check in, and were very accommodating to the miscommunications.

Very clean, only complaint could use more towels and blankets, overall a great weekend stay!

The place was very nice and clean. The only thing I would change on the listing is to bring towels and bedding if you have more than 6 people. The 4th bedroom had just a futon. No sheets, pillows, and no extra blanket anywhere. No towels in the one full bath so I would just add to bring your own. Otherwise it was a beautiful place and very clean. Loved it.
