We had a wonderful ladies weekend! Came to town to see a show at the Milwaukee Rep and the property was a perfect walking distance and a great way to see the city. The view from the windows and upstairs balcony were gorgeous! The house was well equipped for lots of cooking and hanging out around the table and bar in the game room. It's the kind of place you wouldn't need to leave to have an amazing weekend!

The bar area on the first floor is super fun! Also, we loved the big couch in the living room that could fit a lot of people to watch tv. We walked to lakefront brewery several times. We would definitely stay here again!

This property turned out to be the perfect location for our family prior to a daughter's wedding. We were able to have some other family members over for pizza - love the downstairs bar. Rooms and baths on all three levels. Main living room is a comfortable mix of residential/industrial in Milwaukee blonde brick and old wood beams. Easy 5 stars!

We stayed over a summer holiday weekend with a group of six for a national sporting competition at Baird Convention Center, and this property was perfect! It is the entirety of a three story building: the first floor a huge game room, bar area, and amazing bunk room comfortably sleeping 4-6; the second floor with two bedrooms (one double, one twin) and an open kitchen/dining/living area; and a third floor master suite. The property is very well appointed with enough appliances, cookware, and dishes for five days of simple meal prepping, two sets of washers and dryers, etc. -- which was very useful given the length of our stay. Everyone had plenty of space to themselves during 'down time' when we were not at the convention center or out and about town. The property's team is on top of all communications -- stocked the house (e.g., detergent/dryer sheets, toilet paper, soap/shampoo, paper towels) for the one or two times when we needed items -- and checkout instructions were pretty simple. The best part is that this property is located on a small hill overlooking the river, with great views of the city skyline -- and was a couple minute drive or nice walk to really lovely restaurants, grocery, morning run, etc. Just a quick jaunt in the car to the Baird Convention Center and downtown, but taking us far enough away from the madness of our event there that we could recharge daily without constantly running into attendees. Great stay!

A group of college friends met up in Milwaukee for the NCAA Tournament and this place was perfect for us. The location was great as it's a quick walk across the bridge to multiple bars and restaurants and only about a 15 min walk to the stadium/Water Street. The entire place was immaculately clean and it exceeded expectations.

We had a group of 12 women, and were comfortable for sleeping arrangements! The only downfall I had was the windows were a bit drafty (we were there the middle of winter). Otherwise, it was a perfect stay! I would absolutely stay there again!

Overall very impressed with the space matched the picture postings. Love the way they preserved the building with modern touches. There was plenty of room. It was very clean and organized. Enjoyed having everything you need in the bathrooms and kitchen that we did not have to use the stuff we brought. Had everything we needed. Had small issue with code to get in but the owner was very responsive and we got in right away after we reached out. A few thing to note1. One parking spot but there is a very easy process to get night parking permit2 the stairs to the top level are a little scary and challenging if you need to carry stuff up them. But this was advertised and we knew this with booking 3. Had to keep turning up the heat as it would shut off after and hour4. Exposure to basement is not a nice site when walk through the door. Would recommend putting up a door or a curtain. Loved easy access to downtown. Would recommend and stay there again! Great place for family or large group.

Overall the place met our needs. The host was responsive. It was some maintenance issues but some were fixed right away. Some had to wait until we left. So no need to bring those things up. The only thing I would say is the 2nd level bedroom door was an issue of privacy so I hope that get fixed. Cleanliness wasn’t up to my expectations especially for the amount of money being asked. Cleaning service did come back out but certain things couldn’t be taken care of during our stay (cloth shades, bedroom rug, fan light with bugs, floor stains, hallway wall) ect. There are 3 levels not fully wheelchair accessible unless you stay on the first level. Kitchen is on the 2nd floor. The stairs were a killer( a need to know) 3rd level is where the 4th bedroom is and it has spiral steps. Beautiful wants you make it up there. If you have a lot of bags watch out. Views were amazing. Kitchen beautiful with a lot of essential cooking items. It was missing a counter top chair, not as pictured. 1st level game room exactly as pictured only 2 games. The bedroom on the first level didn’t have a door but two ways to enter. The other side had glass French doors so it led to know privacy for guest. That was very uncomfortable. The place was large enough you didn’t run into each other much, unless you want to. I think another TV would have been useful. Beds were comfortable. A lot of linen and household essentials. No basement access I think it should have a door there. I will stay again for a 2nd try
