We had a wonderful stay! The house is tucked in a quiet neighborhood but still a very short drive to downtown and anything you need. Ryan was more than accommodating.

Ryan was an excellent host! Friendly, great communication, and accommodating when I and my middle aged co-guests’ old eyes needed brighter light bulbs to play a game in the living room. Location is a great home base for exploring Riverwest, East Side and beyond. The space’s decor is as cool if not cooler than it appears in the listing photos, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Lovely old house! The home owner initially wanted to meet us upon arrival but when I asked for contactless check-in (I was exhausted, starving and needed to use the bathroom), he agreed. The neighborhood is in transition - a person rode up on a bike and asked me for money as I was waiting by the car. Fenced back yard was nice but I was surprised when two old (sweet) little dogs came out of the garage while we were out there. (We stayed here Aug. 20-21, but I guess the host reviewed us as being there the night before so that’s what it’s reflecting.)

Ryan was very flexible with our timeline and we had everything we needed. I would certainly recommend this location as it was very convenient to access our Milwaukee activities.

This place is beautiful! We couldn't stop marveling at the craftsmanship. Everything was as shown and it was a spacious and quiet place to unwind. We'd definitely stay again.

Cozy spot, comfortable beds, stocked spice rack. Came through for the night with a few friends. Owner met us at the property and gave us a walk around and explained how to properly access the top bunk of the bunk bed. Thanks for everything

We had a group of 7 at this property. We all fit very comfortably here and having 3 bedrooms with multiple options for sleeping arrangements worked perfectly. Ryan was great with communication. The space was very clean and had a lot of character. Would highly recommend this property.

Our stay went with no significant issues. The property is exactly as shown in the photos and Ryan is a really good host, not an absent landlord. Quick and easy communication, convenient street parking.

The house and host are very pleasant and perfectly situated in a fun walkable area to experience neighborhood foods, bars, walking, riding bikes, etc. but also just a short way or quick Uber ride to downtown festivities. If you like walking there’s a ton to see and do.

My girl friends and I stayed at Ryan's place and it had everything we needed. Great stay!
