To the back left you take a step down into a bright sitting room with a couple of chairs—perfect for relaxing while looking out onto the patio and backyard. Straight ahead is one of the bedrooms, while to the right is the second bedroom, located next to the shared bathroom.brbrThe home is located in a residential Vancouver neighborhood with convenient access to local bus routes. Nearby stops connect to multiple C-TRAN lines, including routes that run through central Vancouver and toward Portland.brbrWhile public transit is accessible, most stops are a short walk or quick drive away, so having a car or rideshare option can make your plans more flexible.brbrThis home is dog-friendly and was lovingly shared with two pups over the years. In the true PNW spirit, you may occasionally notice a faint trace of pet presence during the rainy season, along with the occasional bit of fur—something fellow animal lovers will recognize as part of a well-loved home. We take great care in our cleaning to keep the space fresh and comfortable, but if you have sensitivities to pets, another home may be a better fit for your stay.brbrThe home may include a decibel monitoring sensor to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures decibel levels throughout the property. brbrRegrettably, we cannot accommodate cats due to allergies.brbrThe house does have an exterior doorbell camera that overlooks the front entrance leading up the door, the front yard and the singular parking spot available.
