The kitchen has been upgraded with new cabinets, lighting, and appliances. The dining room provides access to the back common grass area with a small private patio. The living room contains a wood fireplace, smart TV, and a portable AC unit. New painting, lighting, and flooring throughout makes the unit fresh and inviting. This is a new rental in 2025 so limited reviews. The owner has another rental property in Mesa AZ with great reviews.
