This includes any food, beverages, toiletries, and coupons or gifts. Please use all amenities for their intended purpose only and return them to their proper place.brbrFree Wifi- Network name: Wanderlust Password: kinesava brbrPool Access- Pool has a black key fob used to gain access. Key fob is left on entry table.brbrTV’s- All of the house’s TV’s have access to streaming service such as Netflix, Prime, Hulu, etc. Simply use the remote to log in to your private account. brbrTowels- Fresh towels can be found in each bathroom cabinet. Pool towels are found in the upstairs laundry room.brbrFirepit- Use of the firepit and grill are at your own risk. Please use them safely and do not forget to turn gas off after use. To turn on the firepit you will need to use the chrome Hex head key. On the exterior side of the firepit you will see a gas valve. Slightly open the valve by turning the hex head counter clockwise. Carefully use a lighter to light the firepit when you hear the gas is on. The more you turn the valve counter clockwise the larger of a flame you will have.brbrBikes and other Gear - Please leave bikes and other outdoor gear in the garage. Bringing them into the house tracks in unwanted dirt and mess and also damages walls and floors. Failure to do so will result in an additional cleaning fee.brbrOther House Amenities- A high chair can be found in the main floor master bedroom closet and a pack n play is in the King bedroom closet on the second floor. A fire extinguisher is stored under the kitchen sink and. Other house items can be found in the garage.brbrHOUSE AND COMMUNITY RULESbrBelow are a few rules and guidelines we ask all our guests to follow in brorder to maintain a comfortable environment for you and for others in brthe community. brbrCleanlinessbrPlease remove your shoes while in the home and keep food and drink items in the kitchen and off the carpeted areas. Please respectful the furniture and provided house items by only using them for their intended purpose.brbrCommunity Pool and Private Hot Tub brPool closes each night at 10:00 pm. There is no lifeguard or supervision at the pool. Children need parental supervision to use the facility. Food and drink (especially glass) are prohibited within the pool area.brbrShoes and DrinkbrPlease respect the house by removing shoes while in the house. Food and drink are also prohibited in the 2nd floors.brbrParkingbrParking on the street is PROHIBITED. Please make sure that all vehicles are parked in the garage or in the designated visitor parking areas.brbrSmokingbrAll smoking is prohibited inside and around the home. brbrPetsbrPets of any/all kind are NOT allowed on the property. This includes the garage.brbrNoisebrAs courteous to the neighbors please keep noise at a reasonable level. Make sure BBQ grill/ fire pit propane tank is turned off.brMake sure to log out of your online streaming service such as Netflix, Hulu Prime, etc.brbrSecurity- Unless instructed otherwise, please set thermostat AC to 75 during spring and summer months and Heater to 60 during fall and winter months. Make sure that all windows and doors are shut and locked. However, please do not lock the interior garage door. Close all blinds, turn off all lights, and ensure that all faucets are turned off.brbrLaundry- Before your departure, please start a load of pool towels in the upstairs laundry and a load of bath towels in the downstairs laundry. Please leave all other used towels, sheets, and pillow cases on the floor at the foot of each bed. Please keep blankets and bed spread are in a separate pile and DO NOT remove mattress covers from mattress!brbrKitchen- Make sure all items are returned to their proper space. Ensure stove is turned off. Load all used dishes and kitchen items into the dishwasher and start the load. brbrGarbage- Please remove all trash from the house and place into the trash bin. Garbage day is every Friday morning at 9:00 a.m. If garbage day falls during your stay please make sure the garbage bin is taken to the road on Thursday night. brbrGuest Belongings- Please make sure to that you have all your personal belongings. Check in all closets, under beds, and in all bedroom drawers.
