Stayed May 7, 2025We came with our adult children to do the Half iron man and this town house exceeded our expectations. Using the hot tub after a long day of racing was incredible! The large table to sit around and all fit was such an extra! We loved that we all had our own bathrooms! Very spacious and beautifully decorated! Thank you!

Stayed Apr 10, 2025My family and I had a great time at the 2383 Condo in Washington. The condo was clean and it was so easy to check in and out. We had some missing towels and the property manager replied to my message within 15 min. and had more towels waiting for us when we got back an hour later. We would love to stay there again. Our only complaint was that the bathrooms needed more rugs because the floor was slippery and my cousin fell, but otherwise, wonderful stay!

Stayed Jul 19, 2024The property was very nice and very clean. There was so much room for everyone and the location was very convenient. We had a problem with no hot water or water pressure our first night there and it was a little bit difficult to get a hold of the property manager but we did and the problem was quickly fixed in the morning. We would definitely stay there again.

Stayed Mar 31, 2024We were a big group of 9 adults and 4 children and we could all sit at the same dining table and on the same couch!!! 4 couples had their own bedroom and attached private bathroom. The last couple enjoyed each their own double bed with the 2 kids up above and their own bathroom across the hall. There was plenty to do with 3 game tables, a pool, and public and private hot tub. Plenty of room for our bikes in the garage and great outdoor spaces for being together on one deck or 3 separate spaces and a grill that worked. We found wonderful hikes in the binder, many bike trails, dinosaur discovery, Thunder Junction for the kids, art museum and on and on. Red Reef and Gunlock Falls were our favorite hikes but killer amounts of people at both. We had a great time. The weather was fantastic! Not too hot yet. Thank you for helping us have a great family get-together.

Stayed Jan 6, 2024Perfect location for Zion, snow canyon and valley of fire. Every hike was excellent and different. Great set up for 4 couples. Private bathroom for each! Hot tub was wonderful with evenings in the 20’s. Our major disappointment was not offering the listed amenity of pickleball. All 8 travelled with paddles for daily tournaments scheduled. You must communicate to future guests that courts are not offered. Take down pictures and listing as offered activity.

Stayed Nov 18, 2023This was a great location for our enjoyment of hiking opportunities in and around Zion National Park. We appreciated the abundance of bathrooms which made it easy for our extended family to enjoy time together.
