We like to walk the 10 minutes to Old Town for Breakfast rather than take the free bus but the the option is yours. The Townhouse is non-smoking with no pets. Children welcome. br Our Townhouse has been recently refurbished with new quartz countertops, new King beds, mattresses, end tables and bedding, new Washer, Dryer, and Dishwasher, new sliding doors (18 feet of glass to the deck), original artwork, new TVs, new BBQ, new flooring, new tile showers, new dining chairs, new bar stools, new sectional, couch, ottomans, new Private Hot tub, new steam shower and other additions that add to the Park City themed rooms. The Silver Star ski lift, the Silver Star Cafe ( live music TH, FRI and SAT) and hiking trails are right across the street! The free shuttle is across the driveway and will get you to Main St. in about 5-7 minutes. brbrPark City is as wonderful in the summer and fall as it is in the winter (we just installed three ductless mini split air conditioners on the 2nd and 3rd floors). There is just so much to do here! If you enjoy being outdoors or spending a day in a spa, there are activities galore! Check out the funicular transporting you to the St. Regis Hotel for a drink with an overlook of Deer Valley Resort. Or explore Sundance Resort just 45 minutes away. Another favorite is taking a drive on Utah's Scenic Byway and hike and picnic at Mirror Lake. Our home is light, airy, warm and welcoming. There are two main gathering spaces. The upstairs room provides you with comfortable seating to watch movies or catch up with friends and family. Downstairs is great for kids and adults alike, with a television, a ping pong table and plenty of space for all to gather. There are unparalleled views of Deer Valley and Park City ski areas. We are ideally located between the ski mountains, bike trails, hiking trails, minutes from shopping, downtown Park City and the free bus route. The outside features a private 6 seat hot tub to soothe your muscles after a long day of skiing or to just relax and enjoy the views.brbrWith six bedrooms sleeping 16+ people, there are plenty of sleeping options. On the main floor you will find the master with a king size bed and a private bathroom. The office has a pull out couch and access to the main floor bath. The upstairs features a king bedroom with a private bath, a bedroom with two queen beds and private bath and a bedroom with a queen bed which has access to the bathroom down the hall. Downstairs features a bunk room that has two bunk beds, each with a single on the top and a full/queen on the bottom, a pull out futon and a private bath. The last room downstairs features two twin beds and a private bath. We would possibly consider a dog but would have to make that determination after a conversation. If approved, there would be an additional pet fee.brbrGuests have access to the entire house to spread out and enjoy the home.brbrThe home is well equipped with everything you will need to enjoy your time in Park City. This outdoor deck comes complete with an outdoor heater, mountain viewing teak chairs and natural gas grill for winter/summer barbecues (no more propane tanks). This outdoor sundeck is perfect for relaxing, reading a book, or just soaking in the scenery with a glass of wine. brbrOn the second level of our home you will find a children's bunk room with large screen surround sound Smart LED TV (2 full over full bunk beds), an en suite bedroom with two full beds, and second master en suite with queen bed, and a seperate laundry room facility with oversized washer/dryer. Both en suite bedrooms have full access to the second level's outdoor deck with teak deck chairs to take in the views.brbrThe lower level has a second family room area with a large stone gas fireplace, full wet bar with bar refrigerator, a large en suite bedroom with two full beds, custom built rustic pool table and access to the lower patio outdoor area.
