Welcome to your home away from home in Deer Valley and Park City! This air conditioned (very rare) and heated unit is perfect for your ideal get away. Deer Valley Ski Resort is consistently Ranked among the top resorts in the country! Whether it’s the great terrain, the great snow, the lack of snowboarders, the unbeatable service or the phenomenal food that brings you, Deer Valley will not disappoint! Each bedroom has an ensuite bath and the tankless water heater ensures everyone gets a hot shower! You will love our 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath 3000 sq ft newly renovated condo with wood floors and granite counter tops! The condo has plenty of space to help you enjoy all that the area has to offer, including a great playroom on the entry floor with a pool table, Luv Sac Bean Bag, XBOX and a game cube! Three of the bedrooms have Queen beds, and the fourth bedroom has two bunks (four twin beds). There is a Flat Screen TV in the living room and in the playroom. This quiet end unit, nestled in the trees, is far enough away from the street to avoid any traffic noise, but less than a one minute walk in ski boots to the shuttle stop. The condo is located in the high frequency shuttle stop area on Deer Valley drive, so shuttles average once every 7 minutes year round, and we are usually the last stop before the slope! If you are feeling energetic it is less than a 10 minute walk to either downtown Park City or the base of Deer Valley. The unit is at about 7,000 feet elevation, which is well below where most people would suffer from altitude sickness! Additionally, there is a central humidifier to help avoid the discomfort from the dry climate! brbrAfter skiing, you can soak in the private hot tub (with views of both Deer Valley Resort and the sunset) or sled down the adjacent hill. There is a professional grade boot dryer that dries 6 pairs of mittens and boots at one time that is adjacent to large cubbies that hold all of the winter gear! It is wonderful to have a ski vacation without all of the jackets and pants underfoot! The heated garage accommodates two cars.
