The Space:

This beautifully-appointed 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom condo is the perfect gateway to mountain adventures for your next family retreat. Situated in an incredible location, you are sure to come back from your outdoor adventures with many wonderful memories to share.



Upon entrance to the home, hang up your coats in the entryway with plenty of space for your gear. Turn up the heat with the indoor gas fireplace, and feel the warmth radiate throughout the home. Relax on the plush sofa and armchair seating in the family room as you unwind from your adventurous day. Stream your favorite movie or show on the flat-screen TV, as you snuggle up with blankets next to your loved ones.



The chef in your group will adore the fully-equipped kitchen with high-quality stainless steel appliances and plenty of countertop space. Whip up a delicious classic recipe, or try out a new vacation meal to celebrate your time in Park City. Keep the cook company with the barstool seating for up to 3. The second bedroom, on the upper level of the condo, features a beautiful king-size bed, a closet with sliding mirror doors, a flat-screen TV, and a work desk. The third bedroom, on this floor, has two comfortable queen-size beds, a closet with sliding mirror doors, a table with seating for 3, and a large flat-screen TV. There is a shared full bathroom, around the corner from both bedrooms, with a shower/tub combo.



A laundry room with a washer and dryer, as well as a half bathroom, on the main floor of the home, are available during your stay.

Guest will have access to the entire home, private outdoor patio, community hot tub, and pool. You will also have access to 1 free parking on the premises.

From this lovely condo, the best ski runs in Park City are a stone's throw away, a true gateway to endless skiing options during your stay. Multiple routes are available on the FREE bus system with the Snowflower bus stop directly across the street from the condo and will take you to all of the main attractions and ski lifts in the area. The FREE Main Street trolley is also a great choice for wandering around historic downtown. Uber/Lyft are always available.

    The place was perfect with everything you need at your finger tips. The location is phenomenal, literally across the road from First Time lift. The only inconvenience is that the communal hot tub is located in a separate building which requires a short walk (private hot tub in the description is a bit misleading). Otherwise we had a great stay and would book again.

    Nice unit very close to Park City skiing. Steps from the First Time lift. Upstairs bedroom do not have central heating (just space heaters, but adequate). Living area could use more seating.

    THe condo was amazing! It was clean, had everything we needed and then some! THe location was ideal for skiing, right across from the back porch was the parking lot for the ski lifts. The complex was very impressive, and the underground covered reserved parking spot was a huge benefit. The ski boot and glove dryers were very helpful and all of the kitchen appliances were as well. Beautifully renovated kitchen and overall very nicely furnished. Would definitely return to this very unit! Thank you!!

    It was a great location. The closest possible to the ski lifts. The unit was nice and clean. The hot tub and heated pool was great for our group. The property manager was responsive and helpful. We needed something and they dropped it off within 12 hours.
