We are located on Main Street, in the heart of all the action. All the best restaurants, shops and clubs are a short walk up or down the street. Main Street is considered ski in/ski out and it is a five-minute walk to the PCMR Town Lift from our property. Decks surround the 1,800 sq. ft penthouse condo. It has a charming view of Main Street, Old Town, and Park City Mountain Resort ski runs. Our condo is accessed via elevator. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. It is tastefully furnished with a mix of Restoration Hardware, Sundance and Pottery Barn furniture in the bedrooms and living room. We have spent a long time cultivating everything you might need for a fantastic family vacation...from games to sleds...to a VERY stocked kitchen. If there is something you need or want, ask us and we probably have it!! The master bedroom has a king size bed. There is a private hot tub on the master bedroom deck that seats 5-6. The second bedroom has a king, and a full size bunk bed. The full size bunk beds can hold 500 pounds each. The second bedroom is perfect for parents in the king and 3-4 kids in the bunks. I think it would feel crowded to try and sleep four adults on the bunkbeds. Possible, but maybe a bit squishy. I think three adults would be o.k. We also have a twin roll-away bed like you would find in a hotel available. The large living room has a log stove, big screen T.V, apple t.v, sonos speaker, access to streaming (use your own username and password), and BlueRay/DVD. The living room has lots of seating with a large sectional and two leather swivel chairs. The dining area has a large table that seats 8. The condo and kitchen are fully equipped. We are a 4 min walk to the Park City transportation center where you can catch a free shuttle to most anywhere in Park City. If you notice a gap of less than 5 days in the calendar, reach out and we can try to squeeze you in. Our calendar is set to not automatically accept bookings of less than 5 days.
